재단법인 고양산업진흥원 (원장 한동균)과 사단법인 초기투자액셀러레이터협회 (협회장 전화성)는 11월 5일 (수) 고양시에서 ‘고양시 기업의 육성 및 스케일업 지원을 위한 업무협약(MOU)’을 체결했다.
이번 협약은 양 기관이 보유한 창업지원 인프라와 투자 네트워크를 연계하여 고양시를 중심으로 한 스타트업 생태계 조성 및 유망기업의 성장 지원을 강화하기 위한 것이다.
양 기관은 협약을 통해 ▲스타트업 공동 발굴 및 협회 회원사 연계 지원 ▲보육•투자 프로그램 공동 기획 및 추천 협력 ▲스타트업 대상 지원사업 연계 ▲정책 제안 및 제도 개선 등 다양한 분야에서 긴밀히 협력하기로 했다.
협약식에는 고양산업진흥원 한동균 원장과 초기투자액셀러레이터협회 전화성 협회장을 비롯한 양 기관 관계자들이 참석했다. 이 자리에서는 고양시 내 스타트업 맞춤형 지원 모델 구축과 협회 회원사 (액셀러레이터 및 투자사)와의 연계를 통한 민간 주도형 성장 생태계 조성 방안에 대한 논의도 함께 이뤄졌다.
고양산업진흥원 한동균 원장은 “이번 협약은 고양시 창업기업의 성장과 투자 유치를 촉진하는 실질적인 협력 모델이 될 것”이라며 “앞으로도 민간 전문기관과의 협업을 확대해 지역 혁신 창업 생태계를 견고히 만들어가겠다”고 말했다.
초기투자액셀러레이터협회 전화성 협회장은 “그간 초기 스타트업 중심의 지원에서 나아가, 이제는 지역 기반 기업의 스케일업과 글로벌 진출까지 연결하는 것이 중요하다”며 “고양산업진흥원과 함께 현장 중심의 맞춤형 지원과 글로벌 진출 역량 강화를 위해 고양산업진흥원과 긴밀히 협력해 나가겠다”고 말했다.

The Early-stage Investment Accelerator Association signed a business agreement with the Goyang Industrial Promotion Agency.
On Wednesday, November 5 , the Goyang Industrial Promotion Agency (President Dong-gyun Han) and the Early Investment Accelerator Association (Chairman Jeon Hwa-seong) signed a ‘MOU for the Promotion and Scale-up Support of Goyang City Companies’ in Goyang City.
This agreement aims to strengthen the creation of a startup ecosystem centered around Goyang City and support the growth of promising companies by linking the startup support infrastructure and investment networks of both organizations.
Through this agreement, the two organizations agreed to closely cooperate in various areas, including ▲joint discovery of startups and support for linking with association member companies, ▲joint planning and recommendation of incubation and investment programs, ▲linkage of support projects targeting startups, ▲policy proposals and system improvement.
The signing ceremony was attended by representatives from both organizations, including Goyang Industrial Promotion Agency President Han Dong-gyun and the Early-stage Investment Accelerator Association President Jeon Hwa-seong. The event also discussed establishing a customized support model for startups in Goyang City and fostering a private-sector-led growth ecosystem through collaboration with association members (accelerators and investors).
Goyang Industrial Promotion Agency Director Han Dong-gyun said, “This agreement will serve as a practical model of cooperation that will promote the growth of startups and attract investment in Goyang City,” and added, “We will continue to expand collaboration with private specialized organizations to solidify the local innovative startup ecosystem.”
Jeon Hwa-seong, president of the Korea Early Investment Accelerator Association, said, “It is important to move beyond the support focused on early-stage startups and now connect them with the scale-up and global expansion of local companies.” He added, “We will work closely with the Goyang Industrial Promotion Agency to provide field-oriented, customized support and strengthen global expansion capabilities.”

財団法人高陽産業振興院(院長ハン・ドンギュン)と社団法人初期投資アクセラレータ協会(協会長電話省)は11月5日(水)高陽市で「高陽市企業の育成およびスケールアップ支援のための業務協約(MOU)」を締結した。
今回の条約は、両機関が保有する創業支援インフラと投資ネットワークを連携し、高陽市を中心としたスタートアップ生態系の造成及び有望企業の成長支援を強化するためのものである。

高陽産業振興院のハン・ドンギュン院長は「今回の協約は高陽市創業企業の成長と投資誘致を促進する実質的な協力モデルになるだろう」とし「今後も民間専門機関とのコラボレーションを拡大して地域革新創業生態系を堅固に作っていく」と話した。
初期投資アクセラレータ協会 電話省協会長は「これまで初期スタートアップ中心の支援から進んで、今は地域基盤企業のスケールアップとグローバル進出まで連結することが重要だ」とし「高陽産業振興院とともに現場中心のオーダーメード型支援とグローバル進出力量強化のため高陽産業振興院と緊密に協力していく。

L'Association des accélérateurs d'investissement en phase de démarrage a signé un accord commercial avec l'Agence de promotion industrielle de Goyang.
Le mercredi 5 novembre , l'Agence de promotion industrielle de Goyang (président Dong-gyun Han) et l'Association d'accélération des investissements précoces (président Jeon Hwa-seong) ont signé un « protocole d'accord pour la promotion et le soutien à la croissance des entreprises de la ville de Goyang » dans la ville de Goyang.
Cet accord vise à renforcer la création d'un écosystème de startups centré sur la ville de Goyang et à soutenir la croissance d'entreprises prometteuses en reliant les infrastructures de soutien aux startups et les réseaux d'investissement des deux organisations.
Par cet accord, les deux organisations ont convenu de coopérer étroitement dans divers domaines, notamment : ▲ la découverte conjointe de startups et le soutien à la mise en relation avec les entreprises membres de l'association, ▲ la planification et la recommandation conjointes de programmes d'incubation et d'investissement, ▲ la mise en relation de projets de soutien destinés aux startups, ▲ les propositions de politiques et l'amélioration du système.
La cérémonie de signature s'est déroulée en présence de représentants des deux organisations, dont Han Dong-gyun, président de l'Agence de promotion industrielle de Goyang, et Jeon Hwa-seong, président de l'Association des accélérateurs d'investissement en phase d'amorçage. L'événement a également permis d'aborder la mise en place d'un modèle d'accompagnement personnalisé pour les startups de la ville de Goyang et le développement d'un écosystème de croissance piloté par le secteur privé grâce à la collaboration avec les membres de l'association (accélérateurs et investisseurs).
Le directeur de l'Agence de promotion industrielle de Goyang, Han Dong-gyun, a déclaré : « Cet accord servira de modèle concret de coopération qui favorisera la croissance des start-ups et attirera les investissements dans la ville de Goyang », et a ajouté : « Nous continuerons à développer notre collaboration avec des organisations privées spécialisées afin de consolider l'écosystème local des start-ups innovantes. »
Jeon Hwa-seong, président de la Korea Early Investment Accelerator Association, a déclaré : « Il est essentiel de dépasser le simple soutien aux jeunes entreprises et de les accompagner dans leur développement et leur expansion internationale. » Il a ajouté : « Nous collaborerons étroitement avec l’Agence de promotion industrielle de Goyang afin d’offrir un soutien adapté aux besoins locaux et de renforcer les capacités d’expansion internationale des entreprises. »
