이수그룹(회장 김상범) IT 계열사 이수시스템(대표 손원동)은 케이에이치아이(KHI) 계열사 포스텍(ForceTEC)과 HR 분야 사업 협력을 위한 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다고 21일 밝혔다.
이번 협약을 통해 양사는 영남권을 중심으로 HR 플랫폼 사업을 확대하고, 각사의 전문성을 결합해 국내 HR 시장 경쟁력 강화를 목표로 한다.
이수시스템은 국내 기업을 대상으로 맞춤형 HR 솔루션과 플랫폼 서비스를 제공해 왔으며, 최근에는 구축형 HR 솔루션 ‘Smart HR 5.0’ 출시와 클라우드 HR 플랫폼 ‘워크업(WORKUP)’ 사업 확대를 추진하고 있다. 포스텍은 조선, 제조, 중공업, 공공 분야 정보 시스템 구축과 운영·유지관리(SM) 경험을 보유하고 있다.
양사는 이러한 전문성을 바탕으로 영남권 중소기업부터 대기업까지 아우르는 HR 사업을 확장하며, 조선, 제조, 중공업, 공공 분야를 포함한 다양한 산업군에서 협력할 계획이다.
이수시스템 손원동 대표는 “포스텍과의 협력을 통해 영남권 HR 사업을 확대하고 신규 고객 확보는 물론 지역 내 최고의 비즈니스 파트너로서 성장을 기대한다”며 “이번 협약을 계기로 국내외 HR 시장에서 고객 만족도 제고에 주력할 것”이라고 밝혔다.

Isu System Signs Business Agreement with POSTECH
Isu Systems (CEO Son Won-dong) , an IT subsidiary of Isu Group (Chairman Kim Sang-beom), announced on the 21st that it signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with KHI affiliate ForceTEC for business cooperation in the HR field.
Through this agreement, both companies aim to expand their HR platform business, focusing on the Yeongnam region, and strengthen their competitiveness in the domestic HR market by combining their respective expertise.
Isu Systems has been providing customized HR solutions and platform services to domestic companies. Recently, it launched its build-type HR solution, "Smart HR 5.0," and is expanding its cloud HR platform, "WORKUP." POSTECH has experience in building, operating, and maintaining information systems in the shipbuilding, manufacturing, heavy industry, and public sectors.
Building on this expertise, the two companies plan to expand their HR business to encompass small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and large corporations in the Yeongnam region, and collaborate across diverse industries, including shipbuilding, manufacturing, heavy industry, and the public sector.
“Through this collaboration with POSTECH, we anticipate expanding our HR business in the Yeongnam region, securing new customers, and growing as the region’s leading business partner,” said Won-Dong Son, CEO of Isu Systems. “With this agreement as a momentum, we will focus on improving customer satisfaction in the domestic and international HR markets.”

イ・スシステム、フォステックと業務協定締結
イ・スグループ（会長キム・サンボム）ＩＴ系列会社イ・スシステム（代表ソン・ウォンドン）は、ＫＥＩ系列会社のフォステック（ＦｏｒｓｅＴＥＣ）とＨＲ分野事業協力のための業務協約（ＭＯＵ）を締結したと２１日、明らかにした。

Isu System signe un accord commercial avec POSTECH
Isu Systems (PDG Son Won-dong) , filiale informatique du groupe Isu (président Kim Sang-beom), a annoncé le 21 avoir signé un protocole d'accord avec ForceTEC, filiale de KHI, pour une coopération commerciale dans le domaine des RH.
Grâce à cet accord, les deux entreprises visent à développer leur activité de plateforme RH, en se concentrant sur la région de Yeongnam, et à renforcer leur compétitivité sur le marché national des RH en combinant leurs expertises respectives.
