글로벌 패션 ODM 기업 한세실업(대표 김동녕, 김익환, 김경)은 ‘2025년 산업 맞춤형 혁신바우처 지원사업’에서 우수 기업 선정과 함께 대상을 수상했다고 10일 밝혔다. 해당 사업은 과학기술정보통신부와 정보통신산업진흥원이 주관하며, 중소·중견기업의 디지털 전환을 지원하기 위해 AI·데이터 교육 및 맞춤형 DX 컨설팅을 제공하는 정부 지원 프로그램이다. 올해는 전국 37개 기업이 지원을 받았다.
올해 처음 수요 기업으로 선정된 한세실업은 AI 전문 스타트업 팀스파르타와 협력해 맞춤형 디지털 역량 강화 프로그램을 운영했다. 회사는 기존 DX 교육을 실습 중심으로 고도화해 임직원의 디지털 업무 역량을 강화했으며, 이러한 성과를 바탕으로 우수 기업 및 대상 수상에 이르게 됐다.
한세실업은 ‘2025 디지털 전환 역량강화사업 성과공유회’에서 ‘의류산업 디지털 전환 AI 인재 양성 프로젝트’를 주제로 성과를 발표했다. 곽준영 P&C팀 선임은 올해 회사가 내부 DX 역량 확대, 현업 주도형 자동화 구축, 조직 내 디지털 문화 확산 등을 핵심 목표로 삼았다고 설명했다. 총 133명의 임직원이 492시간의 교육을 수료했으며, 교육 참가자의 만족도와 업무 효율 향상(최대 50%)이 확인됐다.
핵심 인재를 대상으로 한 직무 기반 AI 교육에서는 평균 만족도 4.65를 기록했으며, 주요 프로젝트의 업무 처리 시간이 50% 이상 단축된 것으로 나타났다. 회사는 향후 3대 핵심 AI 에이전트 개발을 목표로 전사적 디지털 혁신 속도를 높일 계획이다.
김익환 부회장은 “한세실업은 패션 업계에서 선도적으로 디지털 전환을 추진해왔다”며 “앞으로도 실무 기반 DX 체계를 강화해 글로벌 패션 산업의 디지털 혁신을 지속적으로 이끌겠다”고 말했다.

At the "2025 Digital Transformation Capacity Building Project Results Sharing Session," Hansae Industrial presented the results of its "Apparel Industry Digital Transformation AI Talent Development Project." Kwak Jun-young, Senior Manager of the P&C Team, explained that the company's key goals for this year include expanding internal DX capabilities, establishing field-driven automation, and fostering a digital culture within the organization. A total of 133 employees completed 492 hours of training, demonstrating increased participant satisfaction and work efficiency (up to 50%).
Job-based AI training for key talent achieved an average satisfaction rating of 4.65, and showed a more than 50% reduction in task processing time for key projects. The company plans to accelerate its company-wide digital transformation by targeting the development of three key AI agents.
Vice Chairman Kim Ik-hwan said, “Hansae Industrial has been a leader in digital transformation in the fashion industry,” and added, “We will continue to lead the digital innovation of the global fashion industry by strengthening our practice-based DX system.”

コア人材を対象とした職務ベースのAI教育では、平均満足度4.65を記録し、主要プロジェクトの業務処理時間が50％以上短縮されたことが分かった。同社は今後3大コアAIエージェント開発を目標に全社的なデジタルイノベーションを高速化する計画だ。
キム・イクファン副会長は「ハンセ失業はファッション業界で先導的にデジタル転換を推進してきた」とし「今後も実務基盤のDX体系を強化してグローバルファッション産業のデジタルイノベーションを継続的に導く」と話した。
