AI 기반 원격 치료 모니터링(Remote Therapeutic Monitoring·RTM) 스타트업 ㈜픽스업헬스는 한국투자엑셀러레이터와 시너지IB투자로부터 시드 투자를 유치했다고 17일 밝혔다. 이번 라운드는 기존 프리 시드 투자 이후, 미국 재활의료 시장에서 점유율 확대를 위해 진행됐다.
픽스업헬스는 하버드대 공중보건 전공자이자 재활 분야 임상 경험을 보유한 임상원 대표가 설립했으며, 미국에 본사를 두고 있다. 미국 재활의료 시장은 낮은 환자 순응도, 높은 중도탈락률, 과중한 행정 업무 등 구조적 문제를 안고 있다. 픽스업헬스는 AI 분석과 자동화 기술을 활용해 환자 관리 연속성과 치료 품질을 높이며, 건강 데이터와 운동 수행 정보를 실시간 분석해 위험 요인을 조기 발견하고 임상적 의사결정을 지원한다.
픽스업헬스는 하버드의대 산하 기관을 포함한 미국 전역 병·의원에서 활용되며 기술과 서비스 신뢰성을 입증했다. 독립 의원부터 대학병원 외래센터까지 다양한 고객군에서 이용 건수가 빠르게 증가하고 있으며, 이번 투자로 미국 주요 대도시를 중심으로 서비스 확장을 본격화할 예정이다.

FixUp Health Secures Seed Investment
FixUp Health, Inc., an AI-based remote therapeutic monitoring (RTM) startup, announced on the 17th that it has secured seed funding from Korea Investment Accelerator and Synergy IB Investment. This round follows a previous pre-seed investment and aims to expand its market share in the US rehabilitation healthcare market.
FixUpHealth, headquartered in the United States, was founded by a clinical director with a Harvard School of Public Health degree and clinical experience in rehabilitation. The US rehabilitation healthcare market faces structural challenges, including low patient compliance, high dropout rates, and excessive administrative workload. FixUpHealth leverages AI analytics and automation to improve patient care continuity and quality of care. It also analyzes health data and exercise performance information in real time to identify risk factors early and support clinical decision-making.
FixUp Health has proven its technology and service reliability, being used in hospitals and clinics across the United States, including those affiliated with Harvard Medical School. The number of users is rapidly increasing across a diverse client base, from independent practices to university hospital outpatient centers. This investment will accelerate service expansion, focusing on major US cities.
