한국엔지니어링협회는 산업통상자원부가 주최하고 엔지니어링공제조합이 후원하는 ‘2025 엔지니어링산업 경진대회’를 3월 4일부터 개최한다고 밝혔다. 이번 대회는 창의적인 설계 아이디어와 BIM 등 4차 산업 기술에 대한 우수 인재를 발굴하고 육성하려는 취지에서 마련됐다.
2021년에 신설된 이 경진대회는 2013년부터 이어진 ‘엔지니어링 설계대전’과 2023년부터 통합되어 개최되고 있으며, 공모 부문은 ▲설계 아이디어 부문과 ▲BIM 부문 두 가지로 나뉘어 진행된다. 설계 아이디어 부문은 고등학교 및 전문대 이상의 재학생(휴학생 포함)을 대상으로 하며, BIM 부문은 이공계 전문대 이상 재학생(휴학생 포함) 및 졸업생 누구나 참여할 수 있다.
설계 아이디어 부문은 인구감소, 탄소배출 저감, 기후변화, 우주개발 등 지속 가능한 요구에 대응하는 디지털 기술을 적용한 창의적인 아이디어를 주제로 진행된다. BIM 부문은 BIM 및 디지털 모델을 활용한 토목, 설비, 플랜트 등 SOC(사회간접자본) 시설물을 주제로 한다.
특히 BIM 부문에서는 참가자들이 BIM 소프트웨어에 쉽게 접근할 수 있도록 온라인 교육 콘텐츠와 오프라인 교육 강좌를 무료로 지원하며, 성과품 제작 중 발생하는 어려움을 해결하기 위한 기술 지원도 제공된다.
이번 대회는 3월 4일부터 참가자를 모집하며, ▲설계 아이디어 부문은 4월 14일부터 5월 16일까지, ▲BIM 부문은 5월 1일부터 7월 18일까지 작품 접수를 마감한다. 심사위원들의 공정한 심사를 거쳐 최종 수상작 24점이 선정되며, 시상식은 9월 16일에 개최될 예정이다. 이때 수상작의 순위는 새롭게 도입된 평가단의 현장 투표를 통해 결정된다. 수상자에게는 산업통상자원부 장관상 4점, 한국엔지니어링협회장상 8점, 엔지니어링공제조합 이사장상 12점이 수여되며, 총 4,410만원의 상금과 상장이 제공된다.
또한, 최종 수상팀에는 후속 지원이 제공된다. 설계 아이디어 부문의 수상자는 본인 희망 시 아이디어에 대한 특허출원 선행기술조사 지원 및 협회장 추천서를 지원받을 수 있으며, BIM 부문 수상자 중 채용 연계 참여 기업에 취업을 희망하는 경우 각 기업이 제공하는 채용 연계 혜택을 받을 수 있다.

Korea Engineering Association to Hold '2025 Engineering Industry Competition'
The Korea Engineering & Construction Association announced that it will hold the '2025 Engineering Industry Competition', hosted by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy and sponsored by the Engineering Mutual Aid Association, starting on March 4. This competition was created with the purpose of discovering and fostering excellent talents in creative design ideas and 4th industrial revolution technologies such as BIM.
This competition, newly established in 2021, has been integrated with the 'Engineering Design Competition' that has been held since 2013 and will be held from 2023, and the contest categories are divided into ▲Design Ideas and ▲BIM. The Design Ideas category is for high school and college students (including those on leave), and the BIM category is open to all students (including those on leave) and graduates of colleges of engineering or higher.
The design idea category will focus on creative ideas that apply digital technology to respond to sustainable needs such as population decline, carbon emission reduction, climate change, and space development. The BIM category will focus on SOC (social overhead capital) facilities such as civil engineering, facilities, and plants using BIM and digital models.
In particular, in the BIM sector, free online training content and offline training courses are provided to enable participants to easily access BIM software, and technical support is also provided to resolve difficulties that arise during the production of deliverables.
This competition will recruit participants from March 4th, and the ▲Design Idea category will accept entries from April 14th to May 16th, and the ▲BIM category will accept entries from May 1st to July 18th. The final 24 winning entries will be selected through fair evaluations by the judges, and the awards ceremony will be held on September 16th. The ranking of the winning entries will be determined through on-site voting by the newly introduced evaluation panel. The winners will receive four Minister of Trade, Industry and Energy Awards, eight Korea Engineering Association President Awards, and 12 Engineering Mutual Aid Association Chairman Awards, and a total of 44.1 million won in prize money and trophies.
In addition, the final winning team will be provided with follow-up support. Winners in the design idea category will be able to receive support for prior art search for patent applications for their ideas and a letter of recommendation from the association president if they so choose. Winners in the BIM category who wish to work at companies participating in the recruitment linkage program will be able to receive recruitment linkage benefits provided by each company.

韩国工程协会将举办“2025工程产业大赛”
韩国工程协会宣布，将于3月4日起举办由产业通商资源部主办、工程互助会赞助的“2025工程产业竞赛”。本次大赛旨在发现和培养具有创意设计理念和BIM等第四次工业革命技术的优秀人才。
该项大赛于2021年新设立，与自2013年起举办的‘工程设计大赛’整合，将于2023年起举办。大赛类别分为▲设计理念类别和▲BIM类别。设计理念类别面向高中或大学学生（包括休学学生）开放，BIM 类别面向工程学院或更高学历的任何人（包括休学学生）或校友开放。
设计理念类别将展示运用数字技术解决人口下降、碳排放减少、气候变化和空间开发等可持续需求的创意。 BIM部门使用BIM和数字模型处理土木工程、设施和工厂等SOC（社会间接资本）设施。
特别是在BIM领域，提供免费的线上培训内容和线下培训课程，使学员能够轻松使用BIM软件，并提供技术支持解决交付成果过程中出现的困难。
本次大赛于3月4日开始接受参赛作品，其中▲设计理念类参赛作品接受时间为4月14日至5月16日，▲BIM类参赛作品接受时间为5月1日至7月18日。经过评委的公正评审，将选出最终24件获奖作品，并于9月16日举行颁奖典礼。届时，获奖作品的排名将由新设立的评审团通过现场投票来确定。获奖者将获得4个韩国产业通商资源部长官奖、8个韩国工程学会会长奖、12个工程互助协会会长奖，并获得总额4410万韩元的奖金和奖牌。

L'Association coréenne d'ingénierie organise le « Concours de l'industrie de l'ingénierie 2025 »
La Société coréenne d'ingénierie a annoncé qu'elle organiserait le « Concours de l'industrie de l'ingénierie 2025 », organisé par le ministère du Commerce, de l'Industrie et de l'Énergie et parrainé par l'Association d'entraide en ingénierie, à partir du 4 mars. Ce concours a été organisé dans le but de découvrir et de favoriser l'excellence en matière d'idées de conception créative et de technologies de la 4e révolution industrielle telles que le BIM.
Ce concours, nouvellement créé en 2021, a été intégré au « Concours de conception technique » qui se tient depuis 2013 et se tiendra à partir de 2023. Les catégories du concours sont divisées en ▲ Catégorie Idée de conception et ▲ Catégorie BIM. La catégorie des idées de conception est ouverte aux étudiants inscrits au lycée ou à l'université (y compris ceux en congé), et la catégorie BIM est ouverte à toute personne inscrite dans une école d'ingénieurs ou supérieure (y compris ceux en congé) ou aux anciens élèves.
La catégorie Idées de conception présentera des idées créatives qui appliquent les technologies numériques pour répondre à des besoins durables tels que le déclin de la population, la réduction des émissions de carbone, le changement climatique et le développement spatial. Le secteur BIM traite des installations SOC (social overhead capital) telles que le génie civil, les installations et les usines utilisant le BIM et les modèles numériques.
En particulier, dans le secteur du BIM, des contenus de formation en ligne gratuits et des cours de formation hors ligne sont fournis pour permettre aux participants d'accéder facilement aux logiciels BIM, et un support technique est également fourni pour résoudre les difficultés qui surviennent lors de la production des livrables.
Ce concours commencera à accepter les inscriptions le 4 mars, et la catégorie ▲Idée de conception acceptera les inscriptions du 14 avril au 16 mai, et la catégorie ▲BIM acceptera les inscriptions du 1er mai au 18 juillet. Les 24 œuvres gagnantes seront sélectionnées après une évaluation équitable des juges, et la cérémonie de remise des prix aura lieu le 16 septembre. À ce stade, le classement des œuvres gagnantes sera déterminé par un vote sur place par le nouveau jury. Les lauréats recevront quatre prix du ministre du Commerce, de l'Industrie et de l'Énergie, huit prix du président de la Société coréenne d'ingénierie et douze prix du président de l'Association d'entraide en ingénierie, ainsi qu'un total de 44,1 millions de wons en prix et une plaque.
De plus, l’équipe gagnante bénéficiera d’un accompagnement de suivi. Les lauréats de la catégorie Idée de conception pourront bénéficier d'un soutien pour la recherche d'antériorité des demandes de brevet pour leurs idées et d'une lettre de recommandation du président de l'association s'ils le souhaitent. Les lauréats de la catégorie BIM qui souhaitent être employés par des entreprises participant au programme de recrutement pourront bénéficier des avantages de recrutement offerts par chaque entreprise.
