메라키플레이스(서비스명: 나만의닥터)는 웰트와 비대면 진료 기반의 디지털 치료제 처방 및 모니터링을 위한 업무 협약을 체결했다고 15일 발표했다. 이번 협약을 통해 나만의닥터 플랫폼 사용자들은 비대면 진료를 통해 웰트의 디지털 치료제인 ‘슬립큐’를 처방받을 수 있게 된다. 이를 통해 수면 문제를 겪는 환자들은 비대면 진료를 받으며, 전문가의 상담과 함께 수면 치료를 진행할 수 있다. 이후에는 원격 모니터링 기능을 통해 지속적인 관리와 피드백을 받는 시스템이 제공된다.
슬립큐는 식품의약품안전처(식약처)로부터 허가받은 디지털 치료기기(DTx)로, 불면증 치료를 위해 인지행동치료(CBT-i)를 디지털 방식으로 제공한다. 이 치료법은 수면제한 요법, 자극조절 치료, 인지 재구성, 이완요법, 수면위생 교육 등을 포함하며, 환자가 스스로 수면 상태를 개선할 수 있도록 돕는 임상적으로 입증된 효과를 자랑한다.
