‘2025 블록체인&AI 해커톤’의 개막을 앞두고 대회 참가자들의 기술 이해도 제고와 실전 역량 강화를 위한 기술설명회가 지난 15일 서울 여의도에서 개최됐다. 이번 행사에는 100여 명의 해커톤 지원자가 참석해 높은 관심을 보였다.
해커톤은 디지털 인증 기술의 표준화와 글로벌 생태계 구축을 목표로 하는 한국디지털인증협회(회장 이기혁)가 주최하고, 라온시큐어(공동대표 이순형·이정아)와 글로벌디지털혁신네트워크(GDIN, 대표 김종갑)가 공동 주관한다.
설명회에서는 대회 개요와 주제, 운영 방식, 일정, 심사 기준, 수상 혜택 등 해커톤 전반에 대한 정보가 소개됐다. 특히 올해 대회는 블록체인과 인공지능(AI)의 융합을 주제로 실용적인 기술 기반 아이디어 도출을 장려하며, 모바일 신분증(모바일 주민등록증, 운전면허증, 국가보훈등록증 등)의 서비스 적용이 필수 조건으로 제시됐다.
참가자들에게는 ‘옴니원 오픈DID(OmniOne Open DID)’와 ‘옴니원 메인넷(OmniOne Mainnet)’ 등 가산점이 부여되는 주요 기술 요소에 대한 구조와 활용 방안이 설명됐다. 또한 API, SDK, 개발 인프라, 데이터셋 등 실제 프로젝트 수행에 필요한 개발 도구에 대한 소개도 이뤄졌다.
설명회 후 이어진 질의응답 시간에서는 참가자들이 실무적 궁금증을 해소했고, 자유로운 네트워킹 시간을 통해 팀 결성 및 협업 가능성도 모색됐다.
이기혁 한국디지털인증협회 회장은 “이번 기술설명회는 참가자들이 명확한 개발 방향을 설정하고, 공정한 환경 속에서 역량을 발휘할 수 있도록 지원하는 데 중점을 뒀다”며 “본 해커톤이 블록체인과 AI 기반의 미래 서비스를 구현하는 기회가 되길 기대한다”고 밝혔다.

Korea Digital Certification Association, '2025 Blockchain & AI Hackathon' Technology Briefing Session Ends
Ahead of the opening of the '2025 Blockchain & AI Hackathon', a technology briefing session was held on the 15th in Yeouido, Seoul to enhance the technological understanding and practical capabilities of the contest participants. Around 100 hackathon applicants attended this event, showing great interest.
The hackathon is hosted by the Korea Digital Certification Association (Chairman Lee Ki-hyeok), which aims to standardize digital certification technology and build a global ecosystem, and is co-hosted by Raon Secure (Co-CEOs Lee Soon-hyung and Lee Jeong-ah) and the Global Digital Innovation Network (GDIN, CEO Kim Jong-gap).
The briefing session introduced information about the hackathon in general, including the outline and theme of the competition, operating method, schedule, judging criteria, and award benefits. In particular, this year’s competition is themed on the convergence of blockchain and artificial intelligence (AI), encouraging the derivation of practical technology-based ideas, and the application of mobile ID services (mobile resident registration cards, driver’s licenses, national veterans registration cards, etc.) was presented as a prerequisite.
Participants were given an explanation of the structure and utilization methods of key technology elements that are given bonus points, such as 'OmniOne Open DID' and 'OmniOne Mainnet'. In addition, there was an introduction to development tools necessary for carrying out actual projects, such as API, SDK, development infrastructure, and datasets.
During the Q&A session following the briefing, participants were able to resolve their practical questions, and through free networking time, they explored possibilities for team formation and collaboration.
Lee Ki-hyeok, Chairman of the Korea Digital Certification Association, said, “This technology briefing focused on helping participants set a clear development direction and demonstrate their capabilities in a fair environment,” and added, “I hope this hackathon will be an opportunity to implement future services based on blockchain and AI.”

'2025ブロックチェーン&AIハッカートン'の開幕を控え、大会参加者の技術理解も向上と実戦力量強化のための技術説明会が15日、ソウル汝矣島で開催された。今回のイベントには100人余りのハッカートン志願者が参加し、高い関心を見せた。

説明会では、大会概要とテーマ、運営方式、日程、審査基準、受賞特典など、ハッカートン全般に関する情報が紹介された。特に今年大会は、ブロックチェーンと人工知能（AI）の融合をテーマに実用的な技術基盤のアイデアの導出を奨励し、モバイル身分証明書（モバイル住民登録証、運転免許証、国家保訓登録証など）のサービス適用が必須条件として提示された。
参加者には「オムニワンオープンDID(OmniOne Open DID)」と「オムニワンメインネット(OmniOne Mainnet)」など加算点が付与される主要技術要素に対する構造と活用方案が説明された。また、API、SDK、開発インフラ、データセットなど、実際のプロジェクトの遂行に必要な開発ツールの紹介も行われた。
説明会後に続く質疑応答時間では、参加者が実務的疑問を解消し、自由なネットワーキング時間を通じてチーム結成およびコラボレーションの可能性も模索された。
イ・ギヒョク韓国デジタル認証協会会長は「今回の技術説明会は参加者が明確な開発方向を設定し、公正な環境の中で力量を発揮できるように支援することに重点を置いた」とし「本ハッカートンがブロックチェーンとAI基盤の未来サービスを実現する機会になることを期待する」と明らかにした。

Avant l'ouverture du « 2025 Blockchain & AI Hackathon », une séance d'information technologique a eu lieu à Yeouido, Séoul, le 15, pour améliorer la compréhension technologique et les capacités pratiques des participants au concours. Cet événement a suscité beaucoup d’intérêt, avec environ 100 candidats au hackathon présents.
Le hackathon est organisé par la Korea Digital Certification Association (président Lee Ki-hyeok), qui vise à normaliser la technologie de certification numérique et à créer un écosystème mondial, et est co-organisé par Raon Secure (co-PDG Lee Soon-hyung et Lee Jeong-ah) et le Global Digital Innovation Network (GDIN, PDG Kim Jong-gap).
La séance d'information a présenté des informations sur le hackathon en général, notamment l'aperçu du concours, le thème, le mode de fonctionnement, le calendrier, les critères de jugement et les avantages du prix. Les participants ont été informés de la structure et des plans d'utilisation des éléments technologiques clés qui bénéficient de points bonus, tels que « OmniOne Open DID » et « OmniOne Mainnet ». De plus, une introduction a été fournie aux outils de développement nécessaires à la réalisation de projets réels, tels que les API, les SDK, l'infrastructure de développement et les ensembles de données.
Au cours de la séance de questions-réponses qui a suivi le briefing, les participants ont pu résoudre leurs questions pratiques et, grâce à un temps de réseautage gratuit, ils ont exploré les possibilités de formation d'équipe et de collaboration.
Lee Ki-hyeok, président de l'Association coréenne de certification numérique, a déclaré : « Ce briefing technologique visait à aider les participants à définir une orientation de développement claire et à démontrer leurs capacités dans un environnement équitable », et a ajouté : « J'espère que ce hackathon sera l'occasion de mettre en œuvre de futurs services basés sur la blockchain et l'IA. »
