온디바이스(On-device) AI 전문기업 노타가 23일 한국거래소에 코스닥 상장예비심사서를 제출했다고 밝혔다. 노타는 AI 최적화 기술을 바탕으로 기술특례 상장을 추진하는 첫 번째 기업으로, 상장 주관사는 미래에셋증권이다.
회사 측에 따르면 이번 상장을 통해 총 2,116만 1,880주를 상장할 계획이며, 이 중 공모 예정 주식은 291만 6,000주다. 노타는 지난해 12월 NICE평가정보와 한국기술신용평가로부터 기술성 평가에서 모두 ‘A’ 등급을 획득해 기술력과 사업성을 공식적으로 인정받았다. 이는 AI 최적화 기술 기업으로는 최초 사례라는 점에서 주목된다.
노타의 핵심 기술은 자사의 AI 모델 최적화 플랫폼 ‘넷츠프레소(NetsPresso®)’와 온디바이스 생성형 AI 솔루션이다. 넷츠프레소는 리소스가 제한된 엣지 디바이스에서도 고성능 AI 모델의 효율적인 구동을 지원하며, 복잡한 모델 최적화 및 배포 과정을 자동화해 고객사의 개발 및 운영 비용을 절감하는 데 기여하고 있다.
현재 노타는 엔비디아(NVIDIA), 퀄컴(Qualcomm), 삼성전자, Arm, Sony 등 글로벌 반도체 기업과 전략적 파트너십을 맺고 기술 협력을 이어가고 있으며, 다수의 포춘 글로벌 500대 기업을 고객사로 확보하고 있다. 지난 4월에는 글로벌 시장조사기관 CB 인사이트가 선정한 ‘글로벌 혁신 AI 스타트업 100’에 이름을 올리며 기술 경쟁력을 대외적으로 인정받았다.
노타는 AI 기술을 산업 현장에 적용한 사례로, 영상관제 솔루션 ‘노타 비전에이전트(NVA)’를 통해 산업안전, 교통, 리테일, 공공 관제 분야에서의 실질적 상용화 성과도 보이고 있다. 특히 최근에는 UAE 두바이 교통국과 온디바이스 AI 솔루션 공급 계약을 체결하며 해외 진출 가능성도 확인했다.
회사 측은 상장을 통해 확보한 자금을 인재 채용, 제품 고도화, 글로벌 사업 확장 등에 집중적으로 활용할 계획이다. 노타는 2020년 독일 베를린, 2022년 미국 서니베일에 법인을 설립한 데 이어, 중동, 일본, 동남아 등지로 사업 영역을 확장 중이다.

Nota submits preliminary review for KOSDAQ listing
Nota , an on-device AI specialized company, announced on the 23rd that it had submitted a preliminary examination for listing on KOSDAQ to the Korea Exchange. The company plans to use the funds raised through the listing to focus on recruiting talent, improving products, and expanding its global business.
