제주창조경제혁신센터(이하 제주센터, 대표이사 이병선)는 ‘2025년 예비창업패키지 사업’에 대한 선정 절차를 마치고, 최종 28개 사(팀)을 선발했다고 27일 밝혔다.
해당 사업은 중소벤처기업부와 창업진흥원이 지원하는 대표적인 창업지원 사업으로 혁신적인 기술창업 아이디어를 보유한 예비창업자의 성공 창업을 지원하고 있다. 제주센터는 동 사업의 주관기관으로 지난 2월부터 이달까지 모집 접수부터 서류평가, 인큐베이팅 프로그램, 발표평가 등의 선발 과정을 거쳤다.
선발된 28개사(팀)은 창업 초기 단계에서 시장 조사를 통해 사업모델(BM)을 구체화하고, 최소 기획 제품(MVP) 제작을 위한 약 2000만원을 지원받는다. 이후 협약 중간 시점에 1단계 사업계획의 진척도를 평가하여 성과에 따라 약 4000만원까지 추가 지원이 이뤄질 계획이다.
제주센터는 오는 6월 중 오리엔테이션을 시작으로 사업 프로그램을 본격 가동할 예정으로, 도내‧외 투자사, 파트너사들과 협력해 예비창업패키지 선정기업에 대한 창업 단계별 전방위 지원을 계획하고 있다.
아울러 일반 예비창업자를 대상으로 한 사전 인큐베이팅, 맞춤형 멘토링을 오는 6월 중 개최할 예정이다.
예비창업패키지는 혁신적인 기술창업 아이디어를 보유한 예비창업자의 성공 창업을 지원하는 사업으로, 중소벤처기업부가 시행하고 있는 창업지원 프로그램이다. 제주센터는 2019년부터 7년간 제주지역 예비창업패키지 사업 운영을 통해 총 130개의 예비창업기업을 발굴 지원했다.
지난해에는 예비창업패키지를 통해 뉴스페이스 분야 스타트업 (주)스펙스(대표 윤성철, 정웅섭)를 발굴했다. 같은 해 제주센터와 엠와이소셜컴퍼니가 공동운용하는 ‘제주 초기스타트업 육성 펀드’ 투자기업으로 선정돼 3억원의 투자유치에 성공했다. 이어 제주센터의 추천으로 딥테크 팁스에 선정됐다.

Jeju Center, 28 companies selected for '2025 Preliminary Startup Package'
Jeju Creative Economy Innovation Center (hereinafter Jeju Center, CEO Lee Byeong-seon) announced on the 27th that it has completed the selection process for the '2025 Preliminary Startup Package Project' and selected a final 28 companies (teams).
This project is a representative startup support project supported by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups and the Startup Promotion Agency, and supports the successful startup of prospective startups with innovative technology startup ideas. Jeju Center, as the main organization of this project, has been through the selection process from application for recruitment to document evaluation, incubation program, and presentation evaluation from February to this month.
The 28 selected companies (teams) will receive approximately 20 million won in support to develop a business model (BM) through market research in the early stages of startups and to produce a minimum viable product (MVP). Afterwards, at the midpoint of the agreement, the progress of the first-stage business plan will be evaluated and additional support of up to 40 million won will be provided based on performance.
Jeju Center plans to begin its business program in earnest starting with an orientation in June, and plans to provide comprehensive support for each stage of startup for companies selected for the preliminary startup package in cooperation with domestic and foreign investors and partners.
In addition, we plan to hold pre-incubation and customized mentoring for general prospective entrepreneurs in June.
The Preliminary Startup Package is a business that supports the successful startup of prospective entrepreneurs with innovative technology startup ideas, and is a startup support program implemented by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups. The Jeju Center has discovered and supported a total of 130 prospective startup companies through the operation of the Jeju Preliminary Startup Package business for 7 years since 2019.
Last year, through the preparatory startup package, we discovered the startup in the newspace field, Specs Inc. (CEO Seong-cheol Yoon, Woong-seop Jeong). In the same year, it was selected as an investment company for the 'Jeju Early Startup Promotion Fund' jointly operated by Jeju Center and MY Social Company, and successfully attracted 300 million won in investment. Then, it was selected for Deep Tech Tips upon the recommendation of Jeju Center.

済州センター、「2025予備創業パッケージ」28社を選抜
済州創造経済革新センター（以下済州センター、代表取締役イ・ビョンソン）は「２０２５年予備創業パッケージ事業」に対する選定手続きを終え、最終２８社（チーム）を選抜したと２７日明らかにした。
当該事業は、中小ベンチャー企業部と創業振興院が支援する代表的な創業支援事業で、革新的な技術創業アイデアを保有した予備創業者の成功創業を支援している。済州センターは同事業の主管機関で、2月から今月まで募集受付から書類評価、インキュベーションプログラム、発表評価などの選抜過程を経た。
選抜された28社(チーム)は創業初期段階で市場調査を通じて事業モデル(BM)を具体化し、最小企画製品(MVP)製作のために約2000万ウォンを支援される。以後、条約の中間時点で第1段階事業計画の進捗度を評価し、成果に応じて約4000万ウォンまで追加支援が行われる計画だ。
済州センターは来る6月中のオリエンテーションをはじめ、事業プログラムを本格稼働する予定で、都内・外投資会社、パートナー社と協力して予備創業パッケージ選定企業に対する創業段階別全方位支援を計画している。
また、一般予備創業者を対象とした事前インキュベーション、カスタマイズ型メンタリングを来る6月中に開催する予定だ。
予備創業パッケージは革新的な技術創業アイデアを保有した予備創業者の成功創業を支援する事業で、中小ベンチャー企業部が施行している創業支援プログラムである。済州センターは2019年から7年間、済州地域予備創業パッケージ事業運営を通じて、合計130の予備創業企業を発掘支援した。
昨年は予備創業パッケージを通じてニュースフェイス分野のスタートアップ（株）スペックス（代表ユン・ソンチョル、チョン・ウンソプ）を発掘した。同年、済州センターとエムワイソーシャルカンパニーが共同運用する「済州初期スタートアップ育成ファンド」投資企業に選定され、３億ウォンの投資誘致に成功した。続いて済州センターの推薦でディープテックチップスに選ばれた。

济州创造经济革新中心（以下称济州中心，代表李秉善） 27日表示，已完成“2025预备创业包项目”的遴选，并最终选定了28家企业（团队）。
该项目是中小企业部和韩国创业振兴院支持的代表性创业支援项目，支援拥有创新技术创业想法的未来创业者成功创业。济州中心作为本项目的主体，从2月到本月经历了申请受理、资料评估、孵化项目、发表评估等筛选过程。
入选的28家企业（团队）将获得约2000万韩元的支援，用于通过创业初期的市场调研来开发商业模式（BM），并制作最小可行产品（MVP）。之后，在协议中期，将对第一阶段业务计划的进展情况进行评估，并根据绩效提供最高约4000万韩元的额外支持。
济州中心计划从6月份的迎新会开始正式启动创业项目，并与国内外投资者及合作伙伴合作，为入选初步创业方案的企业提供创业各个阶段的全方位支持。
此外，我们计划在6月份针对广大准创业者举办预孵化和定制化辅导。
初步创业计划是中小企业和初创企业部实施的一项创业支持计划，旨在支持具有创新技术创业理念的潜在企业家成功创业。济州中心自2019年起运营济州地区预备创业包项目，历时7年，共发现并支援了130家有潜力的创业公司。

Jeju Center, 28 entreprises sélectionnées pour le « Package préliminaire de démarrage 2025 »
Le Jeju Creative Economy Innovation Center (ci-après Jeju Center, PDG Lee Byeong-seon) a annoncé le 27 qu'il avait terminé le processus de sélection pour le « 2025 Preliminary Startup Package Project » et sélectionné 28 entreprises (équipes) finales.
Ce projet est un projet représentatif de soutien aux startups soutenu par le ministère des PME et des startups et l'Institut coréen des startups et du développement de l'entrepreneuriat, et soutient le démarrage réussi d'entrepreneurs potentiels avec des idées de startups technologiques innovantes. Le Centre de Jeju, en tant qu'organisation principale de ce projet, a suivi un processus de sélection comprenant la réception des candidatures, l'évaluation des documents, le programme d'incubation et l'évaluation des présentations de février à ce mois-ci.
Les 28 entreprises sélectionnées (équipes) recevront environ 20 millions de wons pour développer un modèle d'entreprise (BM) grâce à des études de marché dans les premières étapes du démarrage et pour produire un produit minimum viable (MVP). Par la suite, à mi-parcours de l'accord, les progrès du plan d'affaires de la phase 1 seront évalués et un soutien supplémentaire pouvant atteindre environ 40 millions de wons sera fourni en fonction des performances.
Le Jeju Center prévoit de lancer sérieusement son programme d'affaires en commençant par une orientation en juin et prévoit de fournir un soutien complet à chaque étape du démarrage des entreprises sélectionnées pour le package de démarrage préliminaire en coopération avec des investisseurs et partenaires nationaux et étrangers.
En outre, nous prévoyons d’organiser en juin une pré-incubation et un mentorat personnalisé pour les futurs entrepreneurs en général.
Le Preliminary Startup Package est un programme de soutien aux startups mis en œuvre par le ministère des PME et des startups qui soutient le démarrage réussi des entrepreneurs potentiels avec des idées de startups technologiques innovantes. Le Jeju Center a découvert et soutenu un total de 130 startups potentielles grâce à l'exploitation du projet de package de démarrage préliminaire de la région de Jeju pendant sept ans depuis 2019.
