노을 주식회사(Noul, 대표 임찬양, 이하 ‘노을’)가 씨젠 브라질(Seegene Brazil)과 자사의 AI 기반 자궁경부암 솔루션 ‘miLabTM CER’의 현지 도입을 위한 양해각서(MOU)를 체결했다고 7일 밝혔다.
이번 MOU 체결을 통해 양사는 씨젠 브라질의 영업 지역 내에서 노을의 AI 기반 자궁경부암 솔루션 miLab CER을 비롯한 노을 제품 포트폴리오의 비독점적 유통 계약 체결을 목표로 다방면에서 협력을 이어갈 예정이다.
노을 임찬양 대표는 “이번 양해각서 체결로 분자진단 분야에서 씨젠이 가진 전문성과 브라질 내 유통망을 결합하여, 노을의 AI 기반 자궁경부암 진단 플랫폼의 브라질 유통을 위한 다각도의 협력이 이뤄질 것으로 기대한다”며, “최근 글로벌 의료기기 제조사인 니혼코덴과의 계약 체결, 이번 씨젠 브라질과의 양해각서와 같이 노을의 혁신적인 AI 진단 기술에 관심이 있는 글로벌 의료기기 제조사와의 협력을 적극 추진해 나가겠다”고 밝혔다.
한편, 노을의 miLab CER은 AI 기반 자궁경부암 진단을 위한 소형 올인원 솔루션으로 2024년 WHO-UNITAID 보고서에서 공식 사용 권고를 받았다.

Noul signs MOU with Seegene Brazil to introduce AI cervical cancer diagnostic solution
Noul Co., Ltd. (CEO Chan-Yang Lim, hereinafter referred to as 'Noul') announced on the 7th that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Seegene Brazil for the local introduction of its AI-based cervical cancer solution 'miLabTM CER'.
Through this MOU, the two companies will continue to collaborate in various areas with the goal of signing a non-exclusive distribution agreement for Noul's product portfolio, including Noul's AI-based cervical cancer solution miLab CER, within Seegene's Brazil sales territory.
Noul CEO Chan-Yang Lim said, “With this MOU, we expect to achieve multifaceted cooperation for the distribution of Noul’s AI-based cervical cancer diagnostic platform in Brazil by combining Seegene’s expertise in molecular diagnostics with its distribution network in Brazil.” He added, “As with our recent contract with Nihon Kohden, a global medical device manufacturer, and this MOU with Seegene Brazil, we will actively pursue collaborations with global medical device manufacturers that are interested in Noul’s innovative AI diagnostic technology.”
Meanwhile, Noul's miLab CER, a compact, all-in-one solution for AI-based cervical cancer diagnosis, received official recommendation for use in the 2024 WHO-UNITAID report.

Ｎｏｕｌ社（Ｎｏｕｌ、代表イム・チャンヤン、以下「Ｎｏｕｌ」）がシージェン・ブラジル（Ｓｅｅｇｅｎｅ Ｂｒａｚｉｌ）と同社のＡＩベースの子宮頸がんソリューション「ｍｉＬａｂＴＭ ＣＥＲ」の現地導入のための了解覚書（ＭＯＵ）を締結したと７日、明らかにした。
今回のMOU締結を通じて、両社はシーゼンブラジルの営業地域内でNoulのAIベースの子宮頸がんソリューションmiLab CERをはじめとするNoul製品ポートフォリオの非独占的流通契約締結を目標に多方面で協力を続ける予定だ。
Noulイム・チャンヤン代表は「今回の了解覚書締結で、分子診断分野でシージェンが持つ専門性とブラジル内流通網を結合し、NoulのAI基盤子宮頸がん診断プラットフォームのブラジル流通のための多角的な協力がなされるものと期待する」とし、「最近のグローバル医療機器メーカーである日本コデルとの契約Noulの革新的なAI診断技術に関心があるグローバル医療機器メーカーとの協力を積極的に推進していく」と明らかにした。
一方、NoulのmiLab CERはAIベースの子宮頸がん診断のための小型オールインワンソリューションで、2024年のWHO-UNITAIDレポートで公式使用の勧告を受けた。

Noul与Seegene Brazil签署谅解备忘录，推出AI宫颈癌诊断解决方案
Noul株式会社（代表理事长林灿阳，以下简称“Noul”）7日宣布，与Seegene Brazil签署了谅解备忘录（MOU），将在巴西本地引入其基于AI的宫颈癌解决方案“miLabTM CER”。
通过该谅解备忘录，两家公司将继续在多个领域开展合作，目标是在 Seegene 的巴西销售区域内签署 Noul 产品组合的非独家分销协议，其中包括 Noul 基于人工智能的宫颈癌解决方案 miLab CER。

Noul signe un protocole d'accord avec Seegene Brazil pour introduire une solution de diagnostic du cancer du col de l'utérus basée sur l'IA.
Noul Co., Ltd. (PDG Chan-Yang Lim, ci-après dénommé « Noul ») a annoncé le 7 avoir signé un protocole d'accord (MOU) avec Seegene Brazil pour l'introduction locale de sa solution de cancer du col de l'utérus basée sur l'IA « miLabTM CER ».
Grâce à ce protocole d'accord, les deux sociétés continueront de collaborer dans divers domaines dans le but de signer un accord de distribution non exclusif pour le portefeuille de produits de Noul, y compris la solution de cancer du col de l'utérus basée sur l'IA de Noul, miLab CER, sur le territoire de vente de Seegene au Brésil.
