제이엘케이(JLK, 대표 김동민)는 일본 종합상사 마루베니 그룹의 헬스케어 자회사 크레아보와 유통 계약을 체결하고 일본 시장 진출을 본격화한다고 7일 밝혔다.
이번 계약을 통해 제이엘케이는 AI 기반 CT 분석 솔루션(JLK-CTP, NCCT 등)과 뇌 영상 정량화 기술(PWI 등)을 중심으로 일본 의료기관에 직접 제품을 공급할 수 있는 공식 유통망을 확보했다. 이를 바탕으로 단기간 내 실질적인 매출 창출이 기대된다.
마루베니 그룹은 일본 5대 종합상사 중 하나로, 에너지, 식품, 산업재, 헬스케어 등 다양한 분야에서 글로벌 네트워크를 구축하고 있다. 그 중 크레아보는 마루베니의 글로벌 네트워크를 활용해 AI 기반 의료기기를 발굴하고 일본 내 의료기관에 제품을 제공하기 위한 사업 허가 취득과 서비스 사업화에 주력하고 있다.
크레아보는 일본 의료기관의 구매 및 의사결정 과정을 잘 이해하는 현지 특화 파트너로서, 제이엘케이 제품의 안정적이고 반복적인 매출 창출에 중요한 역할을 할 것으로 예상된다.
의료 AI 업계에서는 이번 계약이 단순 수출을 넘어 일본 내 매출처 확보와 기업가치 상승의 전환점이 될 것으로 평가하고 있다. 특히 일본 내 유통 경험이 풍부한 크레아보와의 협력으로 AI 솔루션 도입 장벽이 낮아질 것으로 기대된다.

JLK Signs Distribution Agreement with Marubeni Subsidiary ‘Creabo’ for Japanese Medical AI Solutions
JLK (CEO Dongmin Kim) announced on the 7th that it has signed a distribution contract with Creabo, a healthcare subsidiary of Japanese general trading company Marubeni Group, and is making full-scale inroads into the Japanese market.
