국내 리걸테크 기업 로앤컴퍼니(대표 김본환)가 최근 시리즈 C-2 라운드를 통해 총 500억 원 규모의 투자를 유치했다고 15일 밝혔다.
이번 투자에는 IMM인베스트먼트, 대성창업투자, 신한벤처투자, KDB산업은행 등이 신규 투자자로 참여했으며, 기존 투자자인 스마일게이트인베스트먼트, 프리미어파트너스, 쿨리지코너인베스트먼트, 제이더블유앤파트너스 등도 후속 투자에 참여했다. 이외에도 에이티넘인베스트먼트, DSC인베스트먼트, SBVA 등이 기존 보유 주식을 인수하며 참여했으며, SBVA는 이번 라운드를 통해 새롭게 투자자로 합류했다.
IMM인베스트먼트 관계자는 “리걸테크는 초기 진입 장벽이 높은 시장으로, 선도 기업이 시장 지배력을 갖출 수 있는 구조”라며 “로앤컴퍼니는 이미 국내 시장에서 독보적인 입지를 확보하고 있으며, AI 기반 서비스에서도 경쟁력을 입증하고 있어 향후 성장 가능성이 높다”고 평가했다.
로앤컴퍼니는 지난해 출시한 AI 기반 법률 서비스 ‘슈퍼로이어’를 비롯해, 법률 포털 ‘로톡’, 통합 법률정보 서비스 ‘빅케이스’ 등 주요 서비스의 고른 성장을 이어가고 있다. 슈퍼로이어는 국내 변호사시험 선택형 문항에서 정답률 상위 5% 수준의 성과를 보였으며, 국내외 유사 서비스 대비 높은 성능을 입증했다.
김본환 대표는 “이번 투자 유치는 로앤컴퍼니의 기술력과 시장 성과에 대한 신뢰를 바탕으로 이뤄졌다”며, “국내 리걸테크 산업의 성장뿐만 아니라, 글로벌 무대에서 한국 법률 기술의 경쟁력을 입증할 수 있도록 노력하겠다”고 밝혔다.

Domestic legal tech company Law & Company (CEO Kim Bon-hwan) announced on the 15th that it recently attracted a total of 50 billion won in investment through its Series C-2 round.
IMM Investment, Daesung Venture Investment, Shinhan Venture Investment, and KDB Industrial Bank participated as new investors in this investment, while existing investors Smilegate Investment, Premier Partners, Coolidge Corner Investment, and JW&Partners also participated in follow-up investments. In addition, Atium Investment, DSC Investment, and SBVA participated by acquiring existing stocks, and SBVA joined as a new investor through this round.
An official from IMM Investment said, “LegalTech is a market with high initial entry barriers, and the structure allows leading companies to dominate the market,” adding, “Law & Company has already secured an unrivaled position in the domestic market, and has also proven its competitiveness in AI-based services, so it has high potential for future growth.”
Law & Company is continuing to achieve steady growth in its main services, including the AI-based legal service 'Super Lawyer' launched last year, the legal portal 'Rotalk', and the integrated legal information service 'Big Case'. Super Lawyer achieved performance in the top 5% in the multiple-choice questions of the domestic bar exam, proving its high performance compared to similar domestic and foreign services.
CEO Kim Bon-hwan said, “This investment attraction was made based on trust in Law & Company’s technological prowess and market performance,” and added, “We will strive to not only contribute to the growth of the domestic legal tech industry, but also to demonstrate the competitiveness of Korean legal technology on the global stage.”

ロアン・カンパニー、500億ウォン投資誘致..「AI基盤リガルテック技術力認定」
韓国のリーガルテック企業ロアン・カンパニー（代表キム・ボンファン）が最近シリーズＣ－２ラウンドを通じて総５００億ウォン規模の投資を誘致したと１５日明らかにした。
今回の投資にはIMMインベストメント、大成創業投資、新韓ベンチャー投資、KDB産業銀行などが新規投資家として参加し、既存投資家であるスマイルゲートインベストメント、プレミアパートナーズ、クーリッジコーナーインベストメント、ジェイダブルユアンドパートナーズなども後続投資に参加した。 DSCインベストメント、SBVAなどが既存保有株式を買収して参加し、SBVAは今回のラウンドを通じて新たに投資家に合流した。
IMMインベストメント関係者は「リーガルテックは初期進入障壁が高い市場で、先導企業が市場支配力を備えることができる仕組み」とし「ロアンカンパニーはすでに国内市場で独歩的な立地を確保しており、AIベースのサービスでも競争力を立証しており、今後の成長可能性が高い」と評価した。
ロアン・カンパニーは昨年発売したAIベースの法律サービス「スーパーロイヤー」をはじめ、法律ポータル「ロトク」、統合法律情報サービス「ビッグケース」など主要サービスの均等な成長を続けているスーパーロイヤーは国内弁護士試験選択型質問で高い回答率の上位5％証明した。
キム・ボンファン代表は「今回の投資誘致はロアン・カンパニーの技術力と市場成果に対する信頼をもとに行われた」とし、「国内リガルテック産業の成長だけでなく、グローバル舞台で韓国法律技術の競争力を立証できるように努力する」と明らかにした。

Super Lawyer a obtenu une note de 5 % aux questions à choix multiples de l'examen du barreau national, démontrant ainsi son excellent niveau de performance par rapport à des services similaires nationaux et étrangers.
