디지털 헬스케어 스타트업 메디팔(대표 강종일)은 인천세종병원(이사장 박진식)과 병의원 재진 환자 관리 B2B SaaS 솔루션 ‘애프터닥(Afterdoc)’ 공급 계약을 체결했다고 5일 밝혔다.
애프터닥은 병의원이 진료 후에도 환자와 지속적으로 소통하며 맞춤형 예후 관리를 자동화하는 솔루션으로, 환자별 치료 특성과 주기에 맞춰 상담 시스템을 구축해 치료 효과와 환자 만족도를 높이고, 병·의원에는 재방문율 증가에 따른 매출 증대 효과를 제공한다.
인천세종병원은 2017년 개원한 혜원의료재단 산하 종합병원으로, 심장전문병원을 포함한 5대 특성화센터에서 전문 의료 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 2020년에는 인천 지역 종합병원 중 유일하게 보건복지부 주관 ‘심장질환자 재택의료 시범사업’ 시행기관으로 선정된 바 있으며, 최근 디지털 헬스케어 도입을 통해 환자 중심 진료 혁신에 주력하고 있다.
메디팔은 이번 협력을 통해 애프터닥의 재진 환자 관리 시스템을 인천세종병원 전 진료과로 확장하고, 중대형 병원군으로 고객 저변을 확대할 계획이다.
박진식 인천세종병원 이사장은 “효율적이고 질 높은 의료서비스 제공을 위해 노력해왔으며, 애프터닥 도입으로 환자 관리 체계를 강화해 의료진과 환자 간 신뢰를 높일 것”이라고 밝혔다.
메디팔 강종일 대표는 “이번 도입을 계기로 애프터닥의 애프터케어 서비스 영역이 확대될 것으로 기대하며, 디지털 헬스케어 기술 개발에 집중해 지속 가능한 의료 환경 조성에 기여하겠다”고 말했다.

MediPal to Supply "Afterdoc," a Re-admission Patient Management Solution, to Incheon Sejong Hospital
Digital healthcare startup Medipal (CEO Kang Jong-il) announced on the 5th that it has signed a contract with Incheon Sejong Hospital (Chairman Park Jin-sik) to supply 'Afterdoc', a B2B SaaS solution for managing hospital patients.
Afterdoc is a solution that automates customized prognosis management by continuously communicating with patients after treatment. It builds a consultation system tailored to each patient's treatment characteristics and cycle, thereby increasing treatment effectiveness and patient satisfaction, and provides hospitals and clinics with increased sales through increased revisit rates.
Incheon Sejong Hospital, a general hospital under the Hyewon Medical Foundation, opened in 2017 and provides specialized medical services through five specialized centers, including a cardiac specialty hospital. In 2020, it was the only general hospital in the Incheon area selected to implement the Ministry of Health and Welfare's "Home Healthcare Pilot Project for Heart Disease Patients." Recently, the hospital has been focusing on patient-centered care innovation through the introduction of digital healthcare.
Through this collaboration, MediPal plans to expand Afterdoc's follow-up patient management system to all departments at Incheon Sejong Hospital and expand its customer base to mid- to large-sized hospitals.
Incheon Sejong Hospital Chairman Park Jin-sik stated, “We have been striving to provide efficient and high-quality medical services, and by introducing Afterdoc, we will strengthen our patient management system and increase trust between medical staff and patients.”

仁川世宗病院は2017年に開院したヘウォン医療財団傘下総合病院で、心臓専門病院を含む5大特性化センターで専門医療サービスを提供している。 2020年には仁川地域総合病院の中で唯一保健福祉部主管「心臓疾患者在宅医療試験事業」施行機関に選定されており、最近デジタルヘルスケア導入を通じて患者中心診療イノベーションに注力している。
メディパルは今回の協力を通じてアフタダックの在診患者管理システムを仁川世宗病院前診療課に拡張し、中大型病院群に顧客底辺を拡大する計画だ。

仁川世宗医院是惠元医疗财团旗下的综合医院，于2017年开业，通过包括心脏专科医院在内的五个专科中心提供专业医疗服务。2020年，该医院成为仁川地区唯一一家获选实施韩国保健福祉部“心脏病患者居家医疗试点项目”的综合医院。近年来，该医院致力于通过引入数字医疗，推动以患者为中心的医疗创新。
通过此次合作，MediPal计划将Afterdoc的后续患者管理系统扩展到仁川世宗医院的所有部门，并将其客户群扩大到中大型医院。

La startup de santé numérique Medipal (PDG Kang Jong-il) a annoncé le 5 avoir signé un contrat avec l'hôpital Incheon Sejong (président Park Jin-sik) pour fournir « Afterdoc », une solution SaaS B2B pour la gestion des patients hospitalisés.
Afterdoc est une solution qui automatise la gestion personnalisée des pronostics grâce à une communication continue avec les patients après le traitement. Elle met en place un système de consultation adapté aux caractéristiques et au cycle de traitement de chaque patient, améliorant ainsi l'efficacité du traitement et la satisfaction des patients. Elle permet également aux hôpitaux et cliniques d'augmenter leurs ventes grâce à une augmentation des taux de visites.
L'hôpital Sejong d'Incheon, hôpital général géré par la Fondation médicale Hyewon, a ouvert ses portes en 2017 et propose des services médicaux spécialisés dans cinq centres spécialisés, dont un hôpital spécialisé en cardiologie. En 2020, il a été le seul hôpital général de la région d'Incheon à être sélectionné pour mettre en œuvre le « Projet pilote de soins à domicile pour les patients souffrant de maladies cardiaques » du ministère de la Santé et des Affaires sociales.
