AI 클라우드 서비스 전문기업 클라이온(대표 박윤지)은 전남 여수시 소재 전남동부이민외국인종합지원센터(센터장 조원일)와 AI 통역 솔루션 ‘LXHUB’를 활용한 외국인 상담지원 서비스 도입을 위한 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다고 27일 밝혔다.
이번 협약을 통해 전남동부이민외국인종합지원센터가 관할하는 여수시, 순천시, 광양시, 곡성군 등 전남 7개 시군의 외국인 주민들은 ‘LXHUB’를 통한 AI 통역 서비스를 이용할 수 있게 됐다. 이로써 클라이온은 여수시, 영암군을 포함한 전남도 내 8개 시군으로 ‘LXHUB’ 공급을 확대하며 외국인 주민 지원 서비스 분야에서 입지를 강화하고 있다.
‘LXHUB’는 클라이온이 검색증강생성(RAG) 기술을 기반으로 개발한 AI 통역 솔루션으로, 음성 인식 오류를 줄이기 위해 ‘도메인 특화 RAG DB’를 활용한 자동 보정 기술을 적용한 점이 특징이다. 또한 행정안전부가 제공한 외국인이 자주 사용하는 민원 서식 235종의 다국어 버전을 학습해 행정 상담에 최적화된 성능을 갖추고 있다.
클라이온은 이와 함께 영암군외국인주민지원센터(센터장 정두배)와도 ‘LXHUB’ 시범 도입을 위한 업무협약을 체결했다. 현재 ‘LXHUB’는 광주광역시 외국인주민센터와 전남이민외국인종합지원센터 등에서 활용 중이며, 향후 외국인 전문 상담센터, 전국 주민센터 민원실, 병원, 상가 등 다양한 오프라인 시설로 서비스 영역을 확대할 계획이다.
박윤지 클라이온 대표는 “이번 협약을 통해 ‘LXHUB’가 전라남도 내 외국인 주민들의 언어 장벽 해소와 안정적인 지역사회 정착에 기여할 것”이라며 “앞으로도 지방자치단체와의 협력을 확대해 기술을 통한 사회적 포용에 힘쓰겠다”고 말했다.

Klion Signs MOU with Jeonnam Eastern Immigration and Foreigner Support Center
AI cloud service specialist Klaion (CEO Park Yoon-ji) announced on the 27th that it signed a business agreement (MOU) with the Jeonnam Eastern Immigration and Foreigner Support Center (Director Cho Won-il) located in Yeosu-si, Jeollanam-do, to introduce a foreigner counseling support service using the AI interpretation solution 'LXHUB'.
Through this agreement, foreign residents in seven cities and counties in South Jeolla Province, including Yeosu, Suncheon, Gwangyang, and Gokseong, under the jurisdiction of the Jeonnam Eastern Immigration and Foreigner Support Center, will now be able to utilize AI interpretation services through "LXHUB." With this agreement, Klaion is expanding the supply of "LXHUB" to eight cities and counties in South Jeolla Province, including Yeosu and Yeongam, strengthening its position in the foreign resident support services sector.
LXHUB is an AI interpretation solution developed by Klaion based on Augmented Search Generation (RAG) technology. It features automatic correction technology utilizing a "domain-specific RAG database" to reduce speech recognition errors. Furthermore, it has learned multilingual versions of 235 frequently used civil service forms provided by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety, ensuring optimized performance for administrative consultations.
Klaion also signed a business agreement with the Yeongam County Foreign Resident Support Center (Director Jeong Du-bae) for a pilot implementation of the "LXHUB." Currently, "LXHUB" is being used at the Gwangju Metropolitan City Foreign Resident Support Center and the Jeonnam Immigration and Foreigner Support Center, and plans to expand its service area to various offline facilities, such as specialized foreigner counseling centers, civil service offices at community centers nationwide, hospitals, and commercial establishments.
Park Yoon-ji, CEO of Claion, said, “Through this agreement, ‘LXHUB’ will contribute to overcoming language barriers for foreign residents in Jeollanam-do and helping them settle into a stable local community,” and added, “We will continue to expand cooperation with local governments and strive for social inclusion through technology.”

今回の協約を通じて、全南東部移民外国人総合支援センターが管轄する麗水市、順天市、光陽市、谷城郡など全南7都市の外国人住民たちは「LXHUB」を通じたAI通訳サービスを利用できるようになった。これによりクライオンは麗水市、永岩郡を含む全南道内の8つの市軍に「LXHUB」供給を拡大し、外国人住民支援サービス分野で立地を強化している。
「LXHUB」はクライオンが検索増強生成(RAG)技術を基盤に開発したAI通訳ソリューションで、音声認識エラーを減らすために「ドメイン特化RAG DB」を活用した自動補正技術を適用した点が特徴だ。また、行政安全部が提供した外国人がよく使う苦情書式235種の多言語版を学習し、行政相談に最適化された性能を備えている。
クライオンはこれと共に、霊岩軍外国人住民支援センター（センター長チョン・ドゥベ）とも「LXHUB」パイロット導入のための業務協約を締結した。現在、「LXHUB」は光州広域市外国人住民センターと全南移民外国人総合支援センターなどで活用中であり、今後外国人専門相談センター、全国住民センターの苦情室、病院、商店街など多様なオフライン施設にサービス領域を拡大する計画だ。
パク・ユンジ・クライオン代表は「今回の条約を通じて「LXHUB」が全羅南道内の外国人住民の言語障壁の解消と安定した地域社会定着に貢献するだろう」とし「今後も地方自治体との協力を拡大し、技術を通じた社会的包容に努める」と話した。

AI云服务专家Klaion（CEO朴允智）于27日宣布，已与位于全罗南道丽水市的全罗南东部移民和外国人支援中心（主任赵元日）签署业务协议（MOU），将使用AI翻译解决方案“LXHUB”引入外国人咨询支援服务。
通过这项协议，全罗南道东部移民外国人支援中心管辖下的七个市郡（包括丽水、顺天、光阳和谷城）的外国居民将能够通过“LXHUB”平台使用人工智能翻译服务。同时，克莱昂公司也通过这项协议将“LXHUB”的服务范围扩展至全罗南道的八个市郡（包括丽水和灵岩），进一步巩固了其在外国居民支援服务领域的地位。

Klaion, spécialiste des services cloud d'IA (PDG Park Yoon-ji), a annoncé le 27 avoir signé un accord commercial (MOU) avec le Centre d'immigration et de soutien aux étrangers de l'Est de Jeonnam (directeur Cho Won-il) situé à Yeosu-si, Jeollanam-do, pour introduire un service de conseil aux étrangers utilisant la solution d'interprétation IA « LXHUB ».
Grâce à cet accord, les résidents étrangers de sept villes et districts de la province de Jeolla du Sud, dont Yeosu, Suncheon, Gwangyang et Gokseong, relevant du Centre d'immigration et d'assistance aux étrangers de l'Est de Jeonnam, pourront désormais utiliser les services d'interprétation par intelligence artificielle de « LXHUB ». LXHUB est une solution d'interprétation par intelligence artificielle développée par Klaion et basée sur la technologie de génération de recherche augmentée (RAG). De plus, elle a appris les versions multilingues de 235 formulaires administratifs fréquemment utilisés, fournis par le ministère de l'Intérieur et de la Sécurité, garantissant ainsi des performances optimales pour les consultations administratives.
Klaion a également signé un accord commercial avec le Centre de soutien aux résidents étrangers du comté de Yeongam (directeur Jeong Du-bae) pour la mise en œuvre pilote du « LXHUB ». Actuellement, le « LXHUB » est utilisé au Centre de soutien aux résidents étrangers de la ville métropolitaine de Gwangju et au Centre d'immigration et de soutien aux étrangers de Jeonnam, et prévoit d'étendre sa zone de service à diverses installations hors ligne, telles que des centres de conseil spécialisés pour étrangers, des bureaux de la fonction publique dans des centres communautaires à l'échelle nationale, des hôpitaux et des établissements commerciaux.
