㈜KB국민카드(대표 김재관)는 강원특별자치도(도지사 김진태), 강원지방중소벤처기업청(청장 박순홍), (재)강원창조경제혁신센터(대표 이해정, 이하 강원혁신센터)와 함께 8월 28일 ‘스타트업·소상공인 육성을 위한 업무협약(MOU)’을 체결했다고 밝혔다.
이번 협약은 지역 유망 스타트업과 소상공인의 지속 가능한 성장을 지원하기 위한 것으로, 협약식에는 이호준 KB국민카드 플랫폼사업그룹 전무, 김만호 강원특별자치도 경제국장, 박순홍 강원지방중소벤처기업청장, 이해정 강원혁신센터 대표가 참석했다.
협약을 통해 4개 기관은 ▲지역 창업기업 및 소상공인 발굴, ▲KB Pay 플랫폼 연계 판로 지원, ▲공동 프로그램 기획 및 운영, ▲비금융 역량 강화 프로그램 제공 등 다방면에서 협력할 예정이다.
특히 KB국민카드는 간편결제 플랫폼 ‘KB Pay’ 내에 ‘착한소비 소상공인 상생 특별관’을 신설하고, 온라인 기획전을 통해 지역 기업 제품의 유통 활성화를 도모할 계획이다. 이와 함께 마케팅, 브랜딩 등 실질적인 비금융 지원도 병행한다.
강원도와 강원지방중소벤처기업청, 강원혁신센터는 행정적 지원 및 제도 기반 마련, 성장 단계별 맞춤형 지원 등을 통해 기업들이 보다 안정적인 창업 환경에서 성장할 수 있도록 지원 체계를 강화할 방침이다.
각 기관은 이번 협약을 계기로 민·관 협력 기반의 창업 생태계 조성은 물론, 지역 내 스타트업과 소상공인의 경쟁력 강화 및 시장 진출 확대에 기여할 것으로 기대하고 있다.
이호준 KB국민카드 전무는 “지역 내 우수 기업들이 시장에서 자생력을 갖출 수 있도록 금융과 플랫폼 역량을 적극적으로 활용하겠다”고 말했다.
김만호 강원도 경제국장은 “이번 협약이 지역 기업의 성장을 위한 실질적인 발판이 되길 기대한다”고 전했다.

Four organizations, including KB Kookmin Card and Gangwon Special Self-Governing Province, signed a business agreement to support startups and small business owners.
KB Kookmin Card (CEO Kim Jae-kwan) announced that it signed a ‘MOU for fostering startups and small business owners’ on August 28 with Gangwon Special Self-Governing Province (Governor Kim Jin-tae), Gangwon Regional SMEs and Startups Agency (Director Park Soon-hong), and Gangwon Center for Creative Economy and Innovation (CEO Lee Hae-jeong, hereinafter referred to as Gangwon Innovation Center).
This agreement aims to support the sustainable growth of promising local startups and small business owners. The signing ceremony was attended by Lee Ho-jun, Executive Director of KB Kookmin Card's Platform Business Group, Kim Man-ho, Director of the Economic Bureau of Gangwon Special Self-Governing Province, Park Soon-hong, Director of the Gangwon Regional SMEs and Startups Administration, and Lee Hae-jeong, CEO of the Gangwon Innovation Center.
Through this agreement, the four organizations will cooperate in various areas, including ▲discovering local startups and small business owners, ▲supporting sales channels linked to the KB Pay platform, ▲planning and operating joint programs, and ▲providing non-financial capacity building programs.
In particular, KB Kookmin Card plans to establish a special "Good Consumption and Small Business Mutual Growth" section within its simple payment platform, "KB Pay," and promote the distribution of local businesses' products through online promotional events. Furthermore, the company will also provide practical non-financial support, including marketing and branding.
Gangwon Province, the Gangwon Regional SMEs and Startups Agency, and the Gangwon Innovation Center plan to strengthen their support system to enable businesses to grow in a more stable startup environment through administrative support, institutional foundation establishment, and customized support for each growth stage.
Each organization expects that this agreement will contribute to the creation of a startup ecosystem based on public-private cooperation, as well as to strengthening the competitiveness of local startups and small business owners and expanding their market presence.
Lee Ho-jun, Executive Director of KB Kookmin Card, said, "We will actively utilize our financial and platform capabilities to help excellent local companies become self-reliant in the market."
Kim Man-ho, director of the Gangwon Province Economic Bureau, said, “I hope this agreement will serve as a practical stepping stone for the growth of local businesses.”

江原道（カンウォンド）と江原（カンウォン）地方中小ベンチャー企業庁、江原革新センターは、行政的支援及び制度基盤づくり、成長段階別カスタマイズ支援などを通じて、企業がより安定した創業環境で成長できるように支援体系を強化する方針だ。
各機関は今回の協約を契機に民・官協力基盤の創業生態系の造成はもちろん、地域内のスタートアップと小商工人の競争力強化及び市場進出の拡大に寄与すると期待している。
イ・ホジュンKB国民カード専務は「地域内の優秀企業が市場で自生力を備えることができるように金融とプラットフォームの力量を積極的に活用する」と話した。
キム・マンホ江原道経済局長は「今回の条約が地域企業の成長のための実質的な足場になることを期待する」と伝えた。

KB Kookmin Card (PDG Kim Jae-kwan) a annoncé avoir signé un « protocole d'accord pour encourager les startups et les propriétaires de petites entreprises » le 28 août avec la province autonome spéciale de Gangwon (gouverneur Kim Jin-tae), l'agence régionale des PME et des startups de Gangwon (directeur Park Soon-hong) et le centre Gangwon pour l'économie créative et l'innovation (PDG Lee Hae-jeong, ci-après dénommé centre d'innovation de Gangwon).
Cet accord vise à soutenir la croissance durable des startups et des petites entreprises locales prometteuses. La province de Gangwon, l'Agence régionale des PME et des startups de Gangwon et le Centre d'innovation de Gangwon prévoient de renforcer leur système de soutien pour permettre aux entreprises de se développer dans un environnement de démarrage plus stable grâce à un soutien administratif, à la création de fondations institutionnelles et à un soutien personnalisé pour chaque étape de croissance.
Chaque organisation espère que cet accord contribuera à la création d’un écosystème de startups basé sur la coopération public-privé, ainsi qu’au renforcement de la compétitivité des startups locales et des propriétaires de petites entreprises et à l’expansion de leur présence sur le marché.
Lee Ho-jun, directeur exécutif de KB Kookmin Card, a déclaré : « Nous utiliserons activement nos capacités financières et de plateforme pour aider les excellentes entreprises locales à devenir autonomes sur le marché. »
