서울바이오허브(단장 김현우)는 대원제약(대표 백승열)과 함께 ‘2025 서울바이오허브-대원제약 오픈이노베이션 프로그램’ 협약식을 8월 28일 개최했다고 밝혔다.
양 기관은 올해 5월부터 7월까지 참여기업을 모집해 차세대 신약개발 기술을 보유한 유망 바이오 스타트업 2개사를 선정했다. 선정된 기업은 키텍바이오(대표 김관묵)와 아토매트릭스(대표 이은호)이다.
키텍바이오는 ‘FLIC’라는 독자적인 First-in-class 원천기술을 통해 항암제 등 약물을 알부민에 결합시키는 기술을 보유하고 있다. 이 기술은 약물이 혈액 내 주요 단백질인 알부민과 결합해 체내 체류 시간을 늘리고 표적 부위에 효과적으로 전달되도록 돕는다.
아토매트릭스는 세계 최초로 상용화된 ‘막단백질 약리 신호 예측 플랫폼’과 인공지능(AI) 및 분자동역학 기반 ‘단백질-약물 결합력 예측 플랫폼’을 보유하고 있다. 두 플랫폼을 결합해 세포막 단백질과 약물 간 상호작용뿐 아니라 약리 효과까지 예측할 수 있어 신약 후보물질 발굴 초기 단계에서 비용과 시간을 절감할 수 있다.
서울바이오허브는 선정 기업에 연구 공간과 공동 장비 등 인프라를 제공하고, 전문 엑셀러레이터와 협력해 기업 진단, 기술·사업화 컨설팅, 국내외 시장 검증 등 맞춤형 지원을 추진할 예정이다.
대원제약은 다년간의 의약품 개발 경험과 산업 현장 인사이트를 바탕으로 스타트업 기술의 시장성과 제품화 가능성을 검토하며 피드백을 제공한다. 우수 성과를 달성한 기업에는 대원제약의 오픈이노베이션 프로그램 ‘더함 프로그램’ 참여 기회도 제공된다.
서울바이오허브는 서울시가 조성하고 한국과학기술연구원(KIST)과 고려대학교가 공동 운영하는 바이오·의료 창업 혁신 플랫폼으로, 공공과 민간 협력을 통해 바이오 스타트업의 성장을 지원하고 개방형 혁신 생태계 조성에 기여하고 있다.
이번 프로그램은 지난해에 이어 두 번째로 추진되며, 바이오·의료 분야 혁신 기술을 보유한 스타트업 발굴과 기술 검증, 시장 진입 지원을 목표로 기획됐다.
서울바이오허브 김현우 단장은 “대원제약과의 협력은 공공과 민간이 함께 유망 스타트업을 성장시키는 모범 사례로 자리 잡고 있다”며 “앞으로도 다양한 산업 파트너와 협업해 기술력 있는 바이오 스타트업이 실질적 시장성과를 창출할 수 있도록 지원을 강화할 것”이라고 말했다.

Seoul Biohub and Daewon Pharmaceutical Sign Agreement for 2025 Open Innovation Program
Seoul Bio Hub (Director Hyunwoo Kim) announced that it held a signing ceremony for the '2025 Seoul Bio Hub-Daewon Pharmaceutical Open Innovation Program' with Daewon Pharmaceutical (CEO Seungyeol Baek) on August 28.
From May to July of this year, the two organizations recruited participating companies and selected two promising biotech startups possessing next-generation new drug development technologies. The selected companies are Kitech Bio (CEO Kim Gwan-muk) and Atomatrix (CEO Lee Eun-ho).
Kitech Bio possesses a proprietary, first-in-class technology called "FLIC," which binds anticancer drugs and other drugs to albumin. This technology binds to albumin, a major protein in the blood, extending drug retention time and facilitating effective delivery to the target site.
Atomatrix possesses the world's first commercialized "membrane protein pharmacological signal prediction platform" and a "protein-drug binding prediction platform" based on artificial intelligence (AI) and molecular dynamics. Combining these two platforms enables prediction of not only interactions between membrane proteins and drugs but also pharmacological effects, potentially saving time and money in the early stages of new drug candidate discovery.
Seoul Bio Hub will provide selected companies with infrastructure, including research space and shared equipment, and will collaborate with professional accelerators to provide customized support, including corporate diagnosis, technology and commercialization consulting, and domestic and international market validation.
Daewon Pharmaceutical, drawing on its years of pharmaceutical development experience and industry insights, evaluates the marketability and commercialization potential of startup technologies and provides feedback. Companies that achieve outstanding results are also offered the opportunity to participate in Daewon Pharmaceutical's open innovation program, the "The Ham Program."
Seoul Bio Hub is a bio-medical startup innovation platform established by the Seoul Metropolitan Government and jointly operated by the Korea Institute of Science and Technology (KIST) and Korea University. It supports the growth of bio startups through public-private cooperation and contributes to the creation of an open innovation ecosystem.
This program, which is being implemented for the second time following last year, is designed to discover startups with innovative technologies in the bio and medical fields, verify their technologies, and support their market entry.
Kim Hyun-woo, director of Seoul Bio Hub, said, “The collaboration with Daewon Pharmaceutical is establishing itself as a model case of the public and private sectors working together to grow promising startups,” and added, “We will continue to collaborate with various industrial partners to strengthen our support so that technologically advanced bio startups can create tangible market results.”

ソウルバイオハブ（団長キム・ヒョヌ）は大原製薬（代表ペク・スンヨル）と共に「２０２５ソウルバイオハブ－大原製薬オープンイノベーションプログラム」協約式を８月２８日開催したと明らかにした。
両機関は今年5月から7月まで参加企業を募集し、次世代新薬開発技術を保有した有望なバイオスタートアップ2社を選定した。選ばれた企業はキテックバイオ（代表キム・グァンムク）とアトマトリックス（代表イ・ウンホ）だ。
キテックバイオは「FLIC」という独自のFirst-in-class源技術を通じて抗がん剤など薬物をアルブミンに結合させる技術を保有している。この技術は、薬物が血液中の主要タンパク質であるアルブミンと結合して体内滞留時間を増やし、標的部位に効果的に送達するのを助ける。
アトマトリックスは世界で初めて商用化された「膜タンパク質薬理信号予測プラットフォーム」と人工知能（AI）と分子動力学ベースの「タンパク質-薬物結合力予測プラットフォーム」を保有している。両プラットフォームを組み合わせて細胞膜タンパク質と薬物間の相互作用だけでなく薬理効果まで予測することができ、新薬候補物質の発掘初期段階でコストと時間を節約できる。
ソウルバイオハブは選定企業に研究空間や共同装備などのインフラを提供し、専門エクセラレータと協力して企業診断、技術・事業化コンサルティング、国内外市場検証などのカスタマイズ支援を推進する予定だ。
大原製薬は、長年の医薬品開発経験と産業現場のインサイトに基づいて、スタートアップ技術の市場性と製品化の可能性を検討し、フィードバックを提供する。優れた成果を達成した企業には、大原製薬のオープンイノベーションプログラム「ダハムプログラム」参加機会も提供される。
ソウルバイオハブはソウル市が造成し、韓国科学技術研究院（ＫＩＳＴ）と高麗大学が共同運営するバイオ・医療創業革新プラットフォームで、公共と民間協力を通じてバイオスタートアップの成長を支援し、開放型革新生態系の造成に寄与している。
今回のプログラムは昨年に続き2番目に推進され、バイオ・医療分野革新技術を保有したスタートアップ発掘と技術検証、市場進入支援を目標に企画された。
ソウルバイオハブのキム・ヒョヌ団長は「大原製薬との協力は公共と民間が共に有望なスタートアップを成長させるベストプラクティスとして位置づけている」とし「今後も多様な産業パートナーと協業して技術力のあるバイオスタートアップが実質的な市場成果を創出できるよう支援を強化する」と話した。

首尔生物中心与大元制药签署2025年开放式创新计划协议
首尔生物中心（理事金铉宇）表示，8月28日与大元制药（代表白承烈）举行了“2025首尔生物中心-大元制药开放式创新计划”签约仪式。
今年5月至7月，两机构招募参与企业，并甄选出两家拥有下一代新药开发技术的有前景的生物科技初创公司。入选公司分别是：Kitech Bio（代表：金冠默）和Atomatrix（代表：李恩浩）。
Kitech Bio 拥有一项名为“FLIC”的专有、一流的技术，该技术可将抗癌药物和其他药物与白蛋白结合。该技术可与血液中的主要蛋白质白蛋白结合，延长药物的保留时间，并促进其有效输送至目标部位。

首尔生物中心将为入选企业提供研究空间、共享设备等基础设施，并与专业加速器合作，提供企业诊断、技术和商业化咨询、国内外市场验证等定制化支持。
大元制药凭借其多年的药品开发经验和行业洞察，评估初创技术的市场化程度和商业化潜力并提供反馈。取得优异成绩的公司还将有机会参与大元制药的开放式创新项目“The Ham Program”。
首尔生物中心是由首尔市政府设立，由韩国科学技术研究院（KIST）和高丽大学共同运营的生物医疗初创企业创新平台，通过官民合作支持生物初创企业的发展，为构建开放式创新生态系统做出贡献。

Seoul Bio Hub (directeur Hyunwoo Kim) a annoncé avoir organisé une cérémonie de signature du « Programme d'innovation ouverte pharmaceutique Seoul Bio Hub-Daewon 2025 » avec Daewon Pharmaceutical (PDG Seungyeol Baek) le 28 août.
De mai à juillet de cette année, les deux organisations ont recruté des entreprises participantes et sélectionné deux start-ups biotechnologiques prometteuses, dotées de technologies de développement de médicaments de nouvelle génération. Les entreprises sélectionnées sont Kitech Bio (PDG Kim Gwan-muk) et Atomatrix (PDG Lee Eun-ho).
Kitech Bio possède une technologie exclusive, inédite, appelée « FLIC », qui lie les médicaments anticancéreux et autres médicaments à l'albumine. Cette technologie se lie à l'albumine, une protéine majeure du sang, prolongeant ainsi le temps de rétention du médicament et facilitant son administration efficace au site cible.
Atomatrix possède la première plateforme commercialisée au monde de prédiction du signal pharmacologique des protéines membranaires et une plateforme de prédiction de la liaison protéine-médicament, basées sur l'intelligence artificielle (IA) et la dynamique moléculaire. La combinaison de ces deux plateformes permet de prédire non seulement les interactions entre protéines membranaires et médicaments, mais aussi leurs effets pharmacologiques, ce qui permet de gagner du temps et de l'argent dès les premières étapes de la découverte de nouveaux candidats médicaments.
Seoul Bio Hub fournira aux entreprises sélectionnées une infrastructure, notamment un espace de recherche et des équipements partagés, et collaborera avec des accélérateurs professionnels pour fournir un soutien personnalisé, notamment un diagnostic d'entreprise, un conseil en technologie et en commercialisation, ainsi qu'une validation du marché national et international.
Fort de ses années d'expérience en développement pharmaceutique et de sa connaissance approfondie du secteur, Daewon Pharmaceutical évalue la commercialisation et le potentiel de commercialisation des technologies des startups et fournit un retour d'expérience. Les entreprises qui obtiennent des résultats exceptionnels ont également la possibilité de participer au programme d'innovation ouverte de Daewon Pharmaceutical, le « Programme Ham ».
Seoul Bio Hub est une plateforme d'innovation pour les start-ups biomédicales créée par le gouvernement métropolitain de Séoul et gérée conjointement par l'Institut coréen des sciences et technologies (KIST) et l'Université de Corée. Elle soutient la croissance des start-ups biomédicales grâce à la coopération public-privé et contribue à la création d'un écosystème d'innovation ouverte.
