한국인공지능·소프트웨어산업협회(회장 조준희, KOSA)와 코리아스타트업포럼(의장 한상우, 코스포)은 11월 18일 서울 송파구 협회 본원에서 AI 혁신 창업 생태계 활성화를 위한 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다고 밝혔다.
양 기관은 지난 9월 AI 스타트업 생태계 발전을 위한 공동 간담회를 개최하며 협력 기반을 마련한 바 있으며, 이번 협약은 당시 논의를 실행 단계로 구체화한 것이다. 이번 파트너십은 AI·소프트웨어 기반 산업 전반으로 협력 범위가 확대되는 계기가 될 것으로 기대된다.
협약에 따라 두 기관은 국내 AI 스타트업의 성장과 글로벌 경쟁력 확보를 위한 다양한 공동 활동을 추진한다. 주요 협력 내용에는 ▲글로벌 경쟁력 강화를 위한 공동 프로그램 기획·운영 ▲AI 분야 정책 연구 및 공동 제안 ▲산업 네트워크 공유 및 커뮤니티 교류 활성화가 포함된다. 또한 기술 역량 강화와 해외 진출을 지원하는 교육·컨설팅 체계를 마련하고, 글로벌 스타트업 행사 및 생태계 교류 프로그램 연계를 강화할 계획이다. 협약 이행을 위한 협의체와 실무협의회를 구성해 상시 협력 체계를 운영한다.
조준희 KOSA 회장은 “이번 협약은 AI·소프트웨어 산업계와 혁신 스타트업 생태계가 본격적으로 협력하는 출발점”이라며 “양 기관의 산업 전문성과 스타트업 네트워크를 결합해 AI 스타트업의 기술 고도화와 글로벌 진출을 지원하겠다”고 말했다.
한상우 코스포 의장은 “스타트업이 AI 시대 공공·산업 혁신의 중심 역할을 수행할 수 있도록 협력 모델을 체계적으로 확장하겠다”며 “정책 연구부터 글로벌 교류까지 폭넓은 협력을 통해 국내 AI 스타트업의 성장을 적극 지원하겠다”고 밝혔다.

The Korea Artificial Intelligence and Software Industry Association (Chairman Cho Jun-hee, KOSA) and the Korea Startup Forum (Chairman Han Sang-woo, KOSPO) announced on November 18 that they signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to revitalize the AI innovation startup ecosystem at the association's headquarters in Songpa-gu, Seoul.
The two organizations laid the foundation for cooperation by holding a joint meeting last September to develop the AI startup ecosystem. This agreement concretizes those discussions into actionable action. This partnership is expected to expand the scope of cooperation across the entire AI and software-based industry.
Under the agreement, the two organizations will pursue various joint activities to foster the growth and global competitiveness of domestic AI startups. Key areas of cooperation include: joint program planning and operation to enhance global competitiveness; AI policy research and joint proposals; and industry network sharing and community exchange. Furthermore, they plan to establish an education and consulting system to support technological capacity building and overseas expansion, and strengthen connections with global startup events and ecosystem exchange programs. To implement the agreement, a consultative body and working-level council will be established to operate a permanent cooperative system.
KOSA Chairman Cho Jun-hee said, “This agreement marks the starting point for full-scale cooperation between the AI and software industries and the innovative startup ecosystem,” and added, “We will combine the industrial expertise and startup networks of both organizations to support the technological advancement and global expansion of AI startups.”
Han Sang-woo, Chairman of KOSPO, stated, “We will systematically expand our collaboration model so that startups can play a central role in public and industrial innovation in the AI era,” and added, “We will actively support the growth of domestic AI startups through a wide range of collaborations, from policy research to global exchanges.”

韓国人工知能・ソフトウェア産業協会（会長チョ・ジュニ、KOSA）とコリアスタートアップフォーラム（議長ハン・サンウ、コスポ）は11月18日、ソウル松坡区協会本院でAIイノベーション創業生態系活性化のための業務協約（MOU）を締結したと明らかにした。
両機関は去る9月AIスタートアップエコシステム発展のための共同懇談会を開催し、協力基盤を設けたところ、今回の協約は当時議論を実行段階で具体化したものだ。今回のパートナーシップはAI・ソフトウェア基盤産業全般で協力範囲が拡大するきっかけになると期待される。
合意により、両機関は国内AIスタートアップの成長とグローバル競争力確保のための多様な共同活動を推進する。主な協力内容には▲グローバル競争力強化のための共同プログラム企画・運営▲AI分野政策研究及び共同提案▲産業ネットワーク共有及びコミュニティ交流活性化が含まれる。また、技術力量強化と海外進出を支援する教育・コンサルティング体系を設け、グローバルスタートアップイベントや生態系交流プログラムの連携を強化する計画だ。協約履行のための協議体と実務協議会を構成し、常時協力体系を運営する。
チョ・ジュニKOSA会長は「今回の協約はAI・ソフトウェア産業界とイノベーションスタートアップ生態系が本格的に協力する出発点」とし「両機関の産業専門性とスタートアップネットワークを結合してAIスタートアップの技術高度化とグローバル進出を支援する」と述べた。
ハン・サンウコスポ議長は「スタートアップがAI時代の公共・産業革新の中心役割を遂行できるように協力モデルを体系的に拡張する」とし「政策研究からグローバル交流まで幅広い協力を通じて国内AIスタートアップの成長を積極的に支援する」と明らかにした。

韩国人工智能与软件产业协会（会长：赵俊熙，KOSA）和韩国创业论坛（会长：韩相佑，KOSPO）于11月18日宣布，双方在首尔松坡区协会总部签署了一份谅解备忘录（MOU），旨在重振人工智能创新创业生态系统。

KOSA董事长赵俊熙表示：“这项协议标志着人工智能和软件产业以及创新型初创企业生态系统之间全面合作的起点。”他还补充道：“我们将结合两家机构的产业专长和初创企业网络，以支持人工智能初创企业的技术进步和全球扩张。”
韩国科技促进组织（KOSPO）主席韩相佑表示：“我们将系统地扩展合作模式，使初创企业能够在人工智能时代的公共和产业创新中发挥核心作用。”他还补充道：“我们将通过从政策研究到全球交流等广泛的合作，积极支持国内人工智能初创企业的发展。”

L'Association coréenne de l'industrie de l'intelligence artificielle et des logiciels (Président Cho Jun-hee, KOSA) et le Forum coréen des startups (Président Han Sang-woo, KOSPO) ont annoncé le 18 novembre avoir signé un protocole d'accord (MOU) pour revitaliser l'écosystème des startups innovantes en IA au siège de l'association à Songpa-gu, Séoul.
Les deux organisations ont jeté les bases d'une coopération en organisant une réunion conjointe en septembre dernier afin de développer l'écosystème des startups spécialisées en IA. Cet accord concrétise ces discussions en actions tangibles. Ce partenariat devrait étendre la portée de la coopération à l'ensemble du secteur de l'IA et des logiciels.
Aux termes de cet accord, les deux organisations mèneront diverses activités conjointes afin de favoriser la croissance et la compétitivité internationale des jeunes entreprises chinoises spécialisées en intelligence artificielle. Les principaux axes de coopération sont les suivants : planification et mise en œuvre de programmes conjoints pour renforcer la compétitivité mondiale ; recherche sur les politiques en matière d’IA et propositions communes ; partage de réseaux industriels et échanges communautaires. Elles prévoient également de mettre en place un système de formation et de conseil pour soutenir le renforcement des capacités technologiques et l’expansion à l’international, et de consolider leurs liens avec les événements internationaux dédiés aux startups et les programmes d’échanges au sein de l’écosystème. Pour la mise en œuvre de cet accord, un organe consultatif et un conseil opérationnel seront créés afin d’assurer la gestion d’un système de coopération permanent.
Le président de KOSA, Cho Jun-hee, a déclaré : « Cet accord marque le point de départ d'une coopération à grande échelle entre les industries de l'IA et du logiciel et l'écosystème des startups innovantes », et a ajouté : « Nous combinerons l'expertise industrielle et les réseaux de startups des deux organisations pour soutenir le progrès technologique et l'expansion mondiale des startups en IA. »
Han Sang-woo, président de KOSPO, a déclaré : « Nous allons étendre systématiquement notre modèle de collaboration afin que les startups puissent jouer un rôle central dans l'innovation publique et industrielle à l'ère de l'IA », et a ajouté : « Nous soutiendrons activement la croissance des startups nationales spécialisées dans l'IA grâce à un large éventail de collaborations, allant de la recherche sur les politiques publiques aux échanges internationaux. »
