부산창조경제혁신센터(대표이사 김용우, 이하 부산창경)는 11월 20일(목), 센터 4층 컨퍼런스룸에서 ‘스마트해양 스타트업 지원 협의체 3차 회의’를 개최했다고 밝혔다.
‘스마트해양 스타트업 지원 협의체’란, 부산지역 전략산업 중 하나인 해양 분야 스타트업 공동 발굴·육성을 통해 지속가능한 해양 창업생태계 조성을 위해 13개 기관이 정기적으로 모여 의논하는 협의체다.
올해 3번째로 열린 이날 회의에서는 스마트해양 분야 스타트업을 효과적으로 지원하기 위한 기관 간 협업 방안과 2026년 공동 추진 계획을 중심으로 논의가 진행되었으며, ▲스마트해양 스타트업의 범위 정의, ▲협의체 공동 행사 운영 방안, ▲기관별 협업 프로그램 기획, ▲2026년 연간 지원계획 및 운영 캘린더 수립 등 스마트해양 스타트업 지원체계 고도화에 필요한 핵심 내용이 폭넓게 논의되었다.
특히 부산테크노파크 해양수산산업단(해양ICT센터)이 새롭게 참여하여, 기존 참여기관과 함께 스마트해양 분야 기업 지원 프로그램 확대 및 시험·인증·테스트베드 기반 실증 협력 강화가 기대된다.
스마트해양 스타트업 지원 협의체는 부산창경과 국립한국해양대학교가 공동 간사기관으로 참여하고 있으며,
이번 3차 회의에는 ▲부산조선해양기자재공업협동조합 ▲부산테크노파크 ▲부산항만공사(BPA) ▲중소조선연구원(RIMS) ▲한국조선해양기자재연구원(KOMERI) ▲한국해양과학기술원(KIOST) ▲한국해양수산개발원(KMI) ▲삼성중공업 ▲한화오션 ▲HD현대중공업 이하 12개 기관이 참석하여 스마트해양 스타트업 지원을 위한 다양한 의견을 교환했다.
부산창경은 스마트해양 스타트업 지원 협의체를 중심으로 기술 검증, 실증 테스트, 투자 연계, 기관 공동 프로그램 운영 등 스마트해양 스타트업을 위한 실질적인 지원을 지속 확대할 계획이다.
부산창경 관계자는 “스마트해양 산업은 부산의 핵심 전략산업으로 기관 간 협력은 스타트업 성장을 이끄는 데 매우 중요한 요소”라며, “2026년에는 더 체계적이고 효과적인 지원을 통해 스마트해양 스타트업이 성장할 수 있는 기반을 강화하겠다”고 밝혔다.

Busan Changgyeong held the 3rd meeting of the Smart Marine Startup Support Council.
The Busan Creative Economy Innovation Center (CEO Yongwoo Kim, hereinafter referred to as Busan Creative Economy) announced that it held the '3rd Smart Ocean Startup Support Council Meeting' in the conference room on the 4th floor of the center on Thursday, November 20th.
The 'Smart Ocean Startup Support Council' is a council of 13 organizations that regularly meets to discuss the creation of a sustainable ocean startup ecosystem through the joint discovery and nurturing of startups in the ocean sector, one of the strategic industries in the Busan region.
This meeting, held for the third time this year, focused on inter-agency collaboration measures to effectively support smart ocean startups and joint promotion plans for 2026. Key topics necessary for enhancing the smart ocean startup support system were broadly discussed, including ▲ defining the scope of smart ocean startups, ▲ operating joint events for the council, ▲ planning collaboration programs for each agency, and ▲ establishing an annual support plan and operation calendar for 2026.
In particular, with the new participation of the Busan Technopark Marine and Fisheries Industry Group (Marine ICT Center), it is expected that the program will expand support for companies in the smart marine sector and strengthen cooperation in testing, certification, and testbed-based verification together with existing participating organizations.
The Smart Ocean Startup Support Council is jointly organized by Busan Changgyeong and Korea National Maritime and Ocean University.
The 3rd meeting was attended by 12 organizations including the Busan Shipbuilding & Marine Equipment Industry Cooperative, Busan Techno Park, Busan Port Authority (BPA), Research Institute of Small and Medium Shipbuilding (RIMS), Korea Marine Equipment Research Institute (KOMERI), Korea Institute of Ocean Science and Technology (KIOST), Korea Maritime Institute (KMI), Samsung Heavy Industries, Hanwha Ocean, and HD Hyundai Heavy Industries, and exchanged various opinions on supporting smart marine startups.
Busan Changgyeong plans to continue expanding practical support for smart marine startups, including technology verification, demonstration testing, investment linkages, and joint institutional programs, centered around the Smart Marine Startup Support Council.
A Busan Changgyeong official stated, “The smart marine industry is a key strategic industry for Busan, and cooperation between organizations is a very important factor in driving startup growth,” adding, “In 2026, we will strengthen the foundation for smart marine startups to grow through more systematic and effective support.”

釜山创意经济创新中心（CEO：金永宇，以下简称釜山创意经济）宣布，于11月20日星期四在该中心4楼会议室举行了“第三届智慧海洋创业支持委员会会议”。
“智慧海洋创业支持委员会”是由 13 个组织组成的委员会，定期召开会议，讨论如何通过共同发现和培育海洋领域的创业公司，创建一个可持续的海洋创业生态系统。海洋是釜山地区的战略产业之一。
本次会议是今年召开的第三次会议，重点讨论了为有效支持智慧海洋初创企业而采取的机构间合作措施以及2026年的联合推广计划。会议广泛讨论了加强智慧海洋初创企业支持体系所需的关键议题，包括▲界定智慧海洋初创企业的范围，▲为理事会举办联合活动，▲为各机构制定合作计划，以及▲制定2026年的年度支持计划和运营日历。
特别是随着釜山科技园海洋渔业产业集团（海洋信息通信技术中心）的加入，预计该计划将扩大对智能海洋领域企业的支持，并与现有参与机构加强在测试、认证和基于测试平台的验证方面的合作。
智慧海洋创业支持委员会由釜山昌京和韩国国立海洋大学联合组织成立。

Busan Changgyeong a accueilli la 3ème réunion du Conseil de soutien aux startups du secteur maritime intelligent.
Le Centre d'innovation de l'économie créative de Busan (PDG Yongwoo Kim, ci-après dénommé Busan Creative Economy) a annoncé avoir tenu la « 3e réunion du Conseil de soutien aux startups Smart Ocean » dans la salle de conférence du 4e étage du centre le jeudi 20 novembre.
Le « Smart Ocean Startup Support Council » est un conseil composé de 13 organisations qui se réunissent régulièrement pour discuter de la création d'un écosystème durable de startups océaniques grâce à la découverte et au développement conjoints de startups dans le secteur océanique, l'une des industries stratégiques de la région de Busan.
Cette réunion, tenue pour la troisième fois cette année, a porté sur les mesures de collaboration inter-agences visant à soutenir efficacement les jeunes entreprises du secteur des océans intelligents et sur les plans de promotion conjoints pour 2026. Les principaux sujets nécessaires à l'amélioration du système de soutien aux jeunes entreprises du secteur des océans intelligents ont été largement abordés, notamment : ▲ la définition du périmètre des jeunes entreprises du secteur des océans intelligents, ▲ l'organisation d'événements conjoints pour le conseil, ▲ la planification de programmes de collaboration pour chaque agence et ▲ l'établissement d'un plan de soutien annuel et d'un calendrier opérationnel pour 2026.
En particulier, grâce à la nouvelle participation du Busan Technopark Marine and Fisheries Industry Group (Marine ICT Center), le programme devrait étendre son soutien aux entreprises du secteur maritime intelligent et renforcer la coopération en matière de tests, de certification et de vérification sur banc d'essai avec les organisations participantes existantes.
Le Conseil de soutien aux startups Smart Ocean est organisé conjointement par Busan Changgyeong et l'Université nationale maritime et océanique de Corée.
La 3e réunion a rassemblé 12 organisations, dont la Coopérative de l'industrie de la construction navale et des équipements maritimes de Busan, le Parc technologique de Busan, l'Autorité portuaire de Busan (BPA), l'Institut de recherche sur la construction navale de petite et moyenne taille (RIMS), l'Institut coréen de recherche sur les équipements maritimes (KOMERI), l'Institut coréen des sciences et technologies océaniques (KIOST), l'Institut maritime coréen (KMI), Samsung Heavy Industries, Hanwha Ocean et HD Hyundai Heavy Industries, qui ont échangé divers points de vue sur le soutien aux jeunes entreprises intelligentes du secteur maritime.
Busan Changgyeong prévoit de continuer à développer son soutien pratique aux jeunes entreprises du secteur maritime intelligent, notamment par la vérification des technologies, les essais de démonstration, les liens d'investissement et les programmes institutionnels conjoints, le tout sous l'égide du Conseil de soutien aux jeunes entreprises du secteur maritime intelligent.
Un responsable de Busan Changgyeong a déclaré : « L'industrie maritime intelligente est un secteur stratégique clé pour Busan, et la coopération entre les organisations est un facteur très important pour stimuler la croissance des start-ups », ajoutant : « En 2026, nous renforcerons les bases permettant aux start-ups du secteur maritime intelligent de se développer grâce à un soutien plus systématique et efficace. »
