교육 콘텐츠 플랫폼 ‘쏠북(SOLVOOK)’을 운영하는 북아이피스(공동대표 윤미선·김관백)가 중소벤처기업부가 주관하는 ‘2025년 2차 포스트팁스(Post-TIPS)’ 사업에서 최우수 과제로 최종 선정됐다고 26일 밝혔다. 이번 선정으로 북아이피스는 18개월간 최대 7억 원의 사업화 자금을 지원받아 AI 기반 교육콘텐츠 퍼블리싱 기술을 고도화하고 시장 경쟁력을 강화할 계획이다.
포스트팁스는 기술성과 시장성을 입증한 스타트업 가운데 미래 유니콘 기업으로 성장할 잠재력을 가진 기업을 선발하는 스케일업 프로그램이다. 북아이피스는 지난해 국가콘텐츠식별체계(UCI) 기반 교육콘텐츠 저작권·정산 체계를 구축한 데 이어, 이번 포스트팁스를 통해 교육콘텐츠 창작의 새로운 단계로 평가받았다.
선정 과제는 ‘라이선싱 기반 휴먼-AI 협업 교육 콘텐츠 창작 솔루션 및 유통 플랫폼’으로, 교사와 교육 전문가가 콘텐츠 제작, 유통, 정산 전 과정을 하나의 플랫폼에서 처리할 수 있는 국내 유일의 All-in-One 교육 퍼블리싱 엔진이다.
핵심 기술인 ‘휴먼-AI 협업 창작 엔진’은 출판사·교육기관 데이터 위에 검색 증강 생성(RAG) 기술 기반 지능형 에이전트를 결합해 교육학적 신뢰성이 보장된 맞춤형 콘텐츠를 생성한다. 생성된 콘텐츠의 이용 기록은 저작권자에게 자동 정산되며, 창작–유통–수익화 전 과정이 하나의 흐름으로 연결된다.
김관백 북아이피스 공동대표는 “포스트팁스 최우수 과제 선정은 북아이피스가 AI 기반 교육콘텐츠 창작과 유통의 표준을 제시할 마켓 리더임을 인정받은 것”이라며 “휴먼-AI 협업 창작 기술을 고도화해 국내 교육콘텐츠 시장뿐만 아니라 글로벌 교육 IP 허브로 도약하겠다”고 말했다.

Bookipis selected as the best project in the 2nd Posttips competition in 2025.
Bookipis (Co-CEOs Mi-seon Yoon and Gwan-baek Kim), which operates the educational content platform ' SOLVOOK ', announced on the 26th that it was selected as the best project in the '2025 2nd Post-TIPS' project hosted by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups. With this selection, Bookipis plans to receive up to 700 million won in commercialization funds over 18 months to advance its AI-based educational content publishing technology and strengthen its market competitiveness.
PostTips is a scale-up program that selects startups with proven technological prowess and marketability, with the potential to grow into future unicorns. Following the establishment of an educational content copyright and settlement system based on the National Content Identification System (UCI) last year, BookiPeace was recognized through PostTips as a new step forward in educational content creation.
The selected project is a 'licensing-based human-AI collaborative education content creation solution and distribution platform', which is Korea's only all-in-one education publishing engine that allows teachers and education experts to handle the entire process of content creation, distribution, and settlement on a single platform.
The core technology, the "Human-AI Collaborative Creation Engine," combines intelligent agents based on augmented search generation (RAG) technology with publisher and educational institution data to generate personalized content with guaranteed pedagogical credibility. Usage records for the generated content are automatically credited to the copyright holder, connecting the entire process from creation to distribution and monetization into a single stream.
Kim Gwan-baek, co-CEO of Bookipis, said, “Being selected as the best project by Posttips is recognition that Bookipis is a market leader that will present standards for AI-based educational content creation and distribution.” He added, “We will advance human-AI collaborative creation technology to become a global educational IP hub, not just in the domestic educational content market.”

核心技術である「ヒューマン-AIコラボレーション創作エンジン」は、出版社・教育機関データの上に検索増強生成（RAG）技術ベースのインテリジェントエージェントを結合して教育学的信頼性が保証されたカスタマイズされたコンテンツを生成する。生成されたコンテンツの利用記録は著作権者に自動的に決済され、創作－流通－収益化前の過程が一つの流れにつながる。

入选项目是一个“基于授权的人机协作教育内容创作和分发平台”，它是韩国唯一的一体化教育出版引擎，允许教师和教育专家在一个平台上处理内容创作、分发和结算的整个过程。

Bookipis (co-PDG Mi-seon Yoon et Gwan-baek Kim), qui exploite la plateforme de contenus éducatifs « SOLVOOK », a annoncé le 26 juin avoir été sélectionnée comme meilleur projet du programme « 2025 2nd Post-TIPS » du ministère des PME et des Startups. Grâce à cette sélection, Bookipis prévoit de recevoir jusqu’à 700 millions de wons de fonds de commercialisation sur 18 mois afin de perfectionner sa technologie de publication de contenus éducatifs basée sur l’IA et de renforcer sa compétitivité sur le marché.
PostTips est un programme d'accompagnement qui sélectionne des startups ayant démontré leur savoir-faire technologique et leur potentiel commercial, et qui ont la capacité de devenir de futures licornes. Suite à la mise en place l'an dernier d'un système de gestion et de règlement des droits d'auteur pour les contenus éducatifs, basé sur le Système national d'identification des contenus (UCI), BookiPeace a été reconnue par PostTips comme une avancée majeure dans la création de contenus éducatifs.
Le projet sélectionné est une « solution de création et de distribution de contenu éducatif collaboratif homme-IA basée sur un système de licences », qui est le seul moteur de publication éducatif tout-en-un de Corée permettant aux enseignants et aux experts en éducation de gérer l'ensemble du processus de création, de distribution et de règlement du contenu sur une seule plateforme.
La technologie centrale, le « Moteur de création collaborative humain-IA », associe des agents intelligents basés sur la technologie de génération de recherche augmentée (RAG) aux données des éditeurs et des établissements d'enseignement afin de générer un contenu personnalisé à la crédibilité pédagogique garantie. Les données d'utilisation du contenu généré sont automatiquement attribuées au titulaire des droits d'auteur, intégrant ainsi l'ensemble du processus, de la création à la distribution et à la monétisation, en un flux unique.
Kim Gwan-baek, co-PDG de Bookipis, a déclaré : « Être sélectionné comme meilleur projet par Posttips est une reconnaissance du rôle de leader de Bookipis sur le marché, un acteur qui définira les normes en matière de création et de distribution de contenus éducatifs basés sur l’IA. » Il a ajouté : « Nous allons développer une technologie de création collaborative homme-IA afin de devenir un pôle mondial de propriété intellectuelle éducative, et pas seulement un acteur majeur du marché national des contenus éducatifs. »
