기술보증기금(이사장 김종호, 이하 기보)은 26일 서울 강남구 코엑스에서 ‘스마트 테크브릿지가 함께하는 2025년 하반기 AI 기술거래 페스타’를 개최했다고 밝혔다.
이번 행사는 공공연구기관이 보유한 AI 기반 기술을 중소벤처기업과 연결하고, 개방형 혁신을 통한 기술사업화를 촉진해 중소기업의 기술경쟁력을 높이기 위해 마련됐다. 기보는 2023년 하반기부터 기술거래 페스타를 정기적으로 개최해 왔으며, 올해는 정부의 AI 대전환 기조에 맞춰 ▲AI 기술이전 ▲기술자문(ILP사업) ▲맞춤형 금융상담 ▲M&A 지원 등 기술사업화 전주기 프로그램을 확대했다.
행사에는 기술이전 및 유망 기술 도입에 관심 있는 중소벤처기업과 기술거래 유관기관 관계자 등 약 200여 명이 참석했다. 기술이전 설명회에는 한국과학기술정보연구원, 한국전자통신연구원, 숙명여대, 부산대 등 22개 공공연구기관이 참여해 총 100건의 유망 기술을 소개했다. 참여기업들은 1:1 기술 상담과 기보의 금융지원 상담을 함께 받을 수 있었다.
또한 KAIST 연구진과 협력해 중소기업 기술 난제 해결을 지원하는 ‘One Point Lesson’ 방식의 ILP(Industry Liaison Program) 상담이 진행됐으며, 기보의 민관협력 기반 M&A 플랫폼을 통한 개별 상담도 제공됐다.
기보는 이번 행사를 통해 ICT, 기계, 환경 등 다양한 산업에서 AI 기술을 접목한 공공연구기관의 핵심 기술을 발굴하고, 기술 중심 산업 생태계 강화와 중소기업 성장 기반 확충에 기여할 것으로 기대하고 있다.
이상창 기보 이사는 “이번 행사는 새 정부의 AI 대전환 기조에 맞춰 중소기업이 평소 접하기 어려운 기술·자문·M&A 정보를 한 번에 제공하기 위해 기획됐다”며 “기보는 앞으로도 개방형 혁신 촉진과 기술거래 시장 활성화를 위한 지원을 지속하겠다”고 말했다.

Kibo to Host '2025 Second Half AI Technology Trade Festival'
The Korea Technology Finance Corporation (Korea Technology Finance Corporation, Chairman Kim Jong-ho, hereinafter referred to as KIBO) announced on the 26th that it held the '2025 Second Half AI Technology Transaction Festa with Smart Tech Bridge' at COEX in Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
This event was designed to connect public research institutes' AI-based technologies with small and medium-sized venture companies and promote technology commercialization through open innovation, thereby enhancing the technological competitiveness of SMEs. Kibo has been regularly hosting the Technology Transaction Festival since the second half of 2023. This year, in line with the government's AI transformation initiative, the company expanded its technology commercialization full-cycle program to include AI technology transfer, technology consulting (ILP project), customized financial consulting, and M&A support.
The event was attended by approximately 200 people, including small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) interested in technology transfer and adoption of promising technologies, as well as representatives from technology transfer-related organizations. Twenty-two public research institutes, including the Korea Institute of Science and Technology Information (KISTI), the Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute (ETRI), Sookmyung Women's University, and Pusan National University, participated in the technology transfer briefing, presenting a total of 100 promising technologies. Participating companies received one-on-one technology consultations and financial support from Kibo.
Additionally, in collaboration with KAIST researchers, ILP (Industry Liaison Program) consultations were conducted in the form of 'One Point Lesson' to support solving technological challenges for small and medium-sized enterprises, and individual consultations were also provided through Kibo's public-private cooperation-based M&A platform.
Through this event, KIBO expects to discover core technologies from public research institutes that incorporate AI technology into various industries, including ICT, machinery, and the environment, and contribute to strengthening the technology-centered industrial ecosystem and expanding the foundation for growth for small and medium-sized enterprises.
Kibo CEO Lee Sang-chang said, “This event was planned to provide small and medium-sized enterprises with access to technology, consulting, and M&A information that they would not normally have access to, in line with the new government’s keynote of AI transformation.” He added, “Kibo will continue to support the promotion of open innovation and the revitalization of the technology transaction market.”

今回の行事は公共研究機関が保有するAI基盤技術を中小ベンチャー企業と連結し、開放型革新を通じた技術事業化を促進し、中小企業の技術競争力を高めるために設けられた。ギボは2023年下半期から技術取引フェスタを定期的に開催しており、今年は政府のAI大転換基調に合わせて▲AI技術移転▲技術諮問(ILP事業)▲カスタマイズ型金融相談▲M&A支援など技術事業化全周期プログラムを拡大した。
イベントには技術移転や有望技術の導入に関心のある中小ベンチャー企業や技術取引関連機関関係者など約200人余りが参加した。技術移転説明会には、韓国科学技術情報研究院、韓国電子通信研究院、宿命女子大学、釜山大学など22の公共研究機関が参加し、合計100件の有望技術を紹介した。参加企業は1:1技術相談とギボの金融支援相談を共に受けることができた。
また、KAIST研究者と協力して中小企業技術難題解決を支援する「One Point Lesson」方式のILP（Industry Liaison Program）相談が行われ、棋保の民官協力基盤M&Aプラットフォームを通じて個別相談も提供された。
ギボは今回のイベントを通じてICT、機械、環境など多様な産業でAI技術を融合した公共研究機関の核心技術を発掘し、技術中心産業エコシステムの強化と中小企業の成長基盤の拡充に寄与すると期待している。

韩国科技金融公司（韩国科技金融公司，董事长金钟浩，以下简称KIBO）于26日宣布，在首尔江南区COEX举办了“2025年下半年人工智能技术交易盛会暨智能科技桥”。
本次活动旨在连接公共研究机构的人工智能技术与中小创业公司，并通过开放式创新促进技术商业化，从而提升中小企业的技术竞争力。Kibo自2023年下半年起定期举办技术交易节。今年，为响应政府的人工智能转型倡议，该公司拓展了其技术商业化全周期服务，涵盖人工智能技术转让、技术咨询（ILP项目）、定制化财务咨询和并购支持。
本次活动吸引了约200人参加，其中包括对技术转让和引进前沿技术感兴趣的中小型企业（SME）以及技术转让相关机构的代表。韩国科学技术信息研究院（KISTI）、电子通信研究院（ETRI）、淑明女子大学和釜山国立大学等22家公共研究机构参与了技术转让介绍会，共展示了100项前沿技术。参与企业获得了Kibo提供的技术咨询和资金支持。

Kibo首席执行官李相昌表示：“举办此次活动的目的是为了响应新政府人工智能转型的主题，为中小企业提供他们通常难以获取的技术、咨询和并购信息。” 他补充道：“Kibo将继续支持开放式创新和振兴技术交易市场。”

La Korea Technology Finance Corporation (Korea Technology Finance Corporation, président Kim Jong-ho, ci-après dénommée KIBO) a annoncé le 26 qu'elle avait organisé le « 2025 Second Half AI Technology Transaction Festa with Smart Tech Bridge » au COEX à Gangnam-gu, Séoul.
Cet événement a été conçu pour mettre en relation les technologies d'IA développées par les instituts de recherche publics avec les PME innovantes et promouvoir la commercialisation de ces technologies par l'innovation ouverte, renforçant ainsi la compétitivité technologique des PME. Kibo organise régulièrement le Festival des transactions technologiques depuis le second semestre 2023. Cette année, en accord avec l'initiative gouvernementale de transformation numérique par l'IA, l'entreprise a étendu son programme complet de commercialisation technologique pour y inclure le transfert de technologies d'IA, le conseil technologique (projet ILP), le conseil financier sur mesure et l'accompagnement en fusions-acquisitions.
L'événement a réuni environ 200 personnes, parmi lesquelles des PME intéressées par le transfert et l'adoption de technologies prometteuses, ainsi que des représentants d'organismes œuvrant dans ce domaine. Vingt-deux instituts de recherche publics, dont l'Institut coréen d'information scientifique et technologique (KISTI), l'Institut de recherche en électronique et télécommunications (ETRI), l'Université féminine de Sookmyung et l'Université nationale de Pusan, ont participé à la séance d'information sur le transfert de technologies et présenté un total de 100 technologies prometteuses. Les entreprises participantes ont bénéficié de consultations technologiques personnalisées et d'un soutien financier de la part de Kibo.
En outre, en collaboration avec les chercheurs de KAIST, des consultations ILP (Industry Liaison Program) ont été menées sous la forme de « leçons en un point » pour aider à résoudre les défis technologiques des petites et moyennes entreprises, et des consultations individuelles ont également été fournies par le biais de la plateforme de fusions-acquisitions de Kibo, basée sur la coopération public-privé.
Grâce à cet événement, KIBO espère découvrir des technologies clés issues d'instituts de recherche publics qui intègrent l'intelligence artificielle dans divers secteurs, notamment les TIC, la mécanique et l'environnement, et contribuer à renforcer l'écosystème industriel axé sur la technologie et à élargir les bases de la croissance des petites et moyennes entreprises.
Le PDG de Kibo, Lee Sang-chang, a déclaré : « Cet événement visait à offrir aux PME un accès à des technologies, des services de conseil et des informations sur les fusions-acquisitions auxquels elles n’auraient normalement pas accès, conformément à la priorité accordée par le nouveau gouvernement à la transformation par l’IA. » Il a ajouté : « Kibo continuera de soutenir la promotion de l’innovation ouverte et la revitalisation du marché des transactions technologiques. »
