디지털 헬스케어 스타트업 인드림헬스케어는 중소벤처기업부 기술창업 지원 프로그램인 팁스(TIPS)에 최종 선정됐다고 밝혔다. 이번 선정은 팁스 운영사 리벤처스(Reventures)의 추천을 통해 이뤄졌다.
팁스는 민간 투자사가 선발한 유망 스타트업에 정부가 연구개발(R&D) 자금을 매칭해 지원하는 기술 창업 육성 프로그램이다. 인드림헬스케어는 이를 기반으로 기존 다제약물 관리 솔루션을 넘어 ‘약물유전체(PGx) 기반 실시간 정밀의료 임상결정지원시스템(CDSS)’ 고도화에 나선다.
의료 현장에서는 환자가 여러 병원에서 처방받은 약물을 통합적으로 관리하기 어렵고, 개인별 유전적 차이에 따른 약물 반응을 반영하기 힘들어 부작용 위험이 높다는 문제가 제기돼 왔다. 국내 65세 이상 환자의 46%가 5종 이상의 약물을 복용하고 있으며, 환자안전사고의 절반가량이 약물 관련 사고로 알려져 있다.
인드림헬스케어는 이러한 문제 해결을 목표로 ▲PGx 검사 결과를 표준화하는 데이터 자산 플랫폼 ‘파마코 아틀라스(Pharmaco-Atlas)’ ▲개인 유전자 정보와 임상 데이터를 결합해 위험도를 예측하는 AI 엔진 ‘시냅스Rx(SynapseRx Engine)’ ▲의료진과 환자에게 분석 결과를 직관적으로 제시하는 인터페이스 ‘프리시전 네비게이터(Precision Navigator)’ 등 핵심 기술을 고도화하고 있다.
또한 병원 전자의무기록(EMR)과 연동되는 의사용 솔루션 ‘메디서포트’와 환자용 앱 ‘마이차트’를 상용화해 제주대학교병원 등에서 실증을 완료했다. 회사는 이번 팁스 선정을 계기로 단순 약물 관리에서 나아가 유전체 분석 기반의 개인 맞춤형 처방을 지원하는 정밀의료 플랫폼으로 확장할 방침이다.
강병주 대표는 “환자 개개인의 유전자 특성을 반영하는 실시간 정밀의료 체계를 구현하겠다”며 “팁스 기반 기술 고도화를 통해 글로벌 표준 플랫폼으로 성장하겠다”고 밝혔다.

Digital healthcare startup Indream Healthcare announced that it has been selected for TIPS, a technology startup support program run by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups. This selection was made following a recommendation from Reventures, the operator of TIPS.
TIPS is a technology startup incubation program where the government matches research and development (R&D) funding with promising startups selected by private investors. Building on this program, Indream Healthcare is moving beyond its existing multi-drug management solution to develop a pharmacogenomics (PGx)-based real-time precision medicine clinical decision support system (CDSS).
In the medical field, the difficulty of comprehensively managing medications prescribed by patients from multiple hospitals and the difficulty of reflecting individual genetic differences in drug responses have been raised, increasing the risk of adverse effects. In Korea, 46% of patients aged 65 and older are taking five or more medications, and approximately half of all patient safety incidents are known to be drug-related.
To address these issues, Indream Healthcare is advancing its core technologies, including ▲Pharmaco-Atlas, a data asset platform that standardizes PGx test results; ▲SynapseRx Engine, an AI engine that predicts risk by combining personal genetic information and clinical data; and ▲Precision Navigator, an interface that intuitively presents analysis results to medical staff and patients.
Additionally, the company has commercialized "MediSupport," a physician solution that integrates with hospital electronic medical records (EMRs), and "MyChart," a patient app, and completed validation trials at Jeju National University Hospital and other institutions. With this TIPS selection, the company plans to expand beyond simple medication management to a precision medicine platform that supports personalized prescriptions based on genome analysis.
CEO Kang Byung-joo stated, “We will implement a real-time precision medical system that reflects the genetic characteristics of each patient,” and “We will grow into a global standard platform through the advancement of TIPS-based technology.”

医療現場では、患者が複数の病院で処方された薬物を統合的に管理することが難しく、個人別遺伝的差異による薬物反応を反映することが難しく、副作用のリスクが高いという問題が提起されてきた。国内６５歳以上の患者の４６％が５種以上の薬物を服用しており、患者安全事故の半分ほどが薬物関連事故として知られている。
インドリムヘルスケアはこのような問題解決を目指して▲PGx検査結果を標準化するデータ資産プラットフォーム「Pharmaco-Atlas」 ▲個人遺伝子情報と臨床データを結合して危険度を予測するAIエンジン 'シナプスRx(SynapseRx Engine)' ▲医療陣と患者に分析結果を直視ナビゲーター（Precision Navigator）などの核心技術を高度化している。
また、病院電子義務記録（EMR）と連動する医師向けソリューション「メディサポート」と患者用アプリ「マイチャート」を商用化し、済州大学病院などで実証を完了した。同社は今回のチップス選定をきっかけに単純薬物管理から進め、誘電体分析基盤の個人カスタム処方を支援する精密医療プラットフォームに拡張する方針だ。

La start-up de santé numérique Indream Healthcare a annoncé avoir été sélectionnée pour le programme TIPS, un dispositif d'accompagnement des start-up technologiques géré par le ministère des PME et des Start-up. Cette sélection fait suite à une recommandation de Reventures, l'organisme gestionnaire du programme TIPS.
TIPS est un programme d'incubation de jeunes entreprises technologiques où le gouvernement finance la recherche et le développement (R&D) de jeunes pousses prometteuses sélectionnées par des investisseurs privés. S'appuyant sur ce programme, Indream Healthcare développe, au-delà de sa solution actuelle de gestion de plusieurs médicaments, un système d'aide à la décision clinique (SADC) en médecine de précision en temps réel, basé sur la pharmacogénomique (PGx).
Dans le domaine médical, la difficulté de gérer de manière exhaustive les traitements médicamenteux prescrits par des patients provenant de plusieurs hôpitaux, ainsi que celle de prendre en compte les différences génétiques individuelles dans la réponse aux médicaments, ont été soulevées, augmentant ainsi le risque d'effets indésirables. En Corée, 46 % des patients âgés de 65 ans et plus prennent cinq médicaments ou plus, et environ la moitié des incidents liés à la sécurité des patients sont imputables aux médicaments.
Pour répondre à ces problématiques, Indream Healthcare fait évoluer ses technologies de base, notamment ▲Pharmaco-Atlas, une plateforme de données qui standardise les résultats des tests PGx ; ▲SynapseRx Engine, un moteur d'IA qui prédit les risques en combinant des informations génétiques personnelles et des données cliniques ; et ▲Precision Navigator, une interface qui présente intuitivement les résultats d'analyse au personnel médical et aux patients.
Par ailleurs, la société a commercialisé « MediSupport », une solution destinée aux médecins et intégrée aux dossiers médicaux électroniques (DME) hospitaliers, ainsi que « MyChart », une application patient, et a mené à bien des essais de validation à l’hôpital universitaire national de Jeju et dans d’autres établissements. Grâce à cette sélection au programme TIPS, la société prévoit d’étendre ses activités au-delà de la simple gestion des médicaments pour devenir une plateforme de médecine de précision permettant la prescription personnalisée basée sur l’analyse du génome.
Le PDG Kang Byung-joo a déclaré : « Nous mettrons en œuvre un système médical de précision en temps réel qui reflétera les caractéristiques génétiques de chaque patient » et « Nous deviendrons une plateforme de référence mondiale grâce au développement de la technologie basée sur le TIPS. »
