장애인 HR 솔루션 전문 기업 브이드림(대표 김민지)이 제32회 기업혁신대상에서 산업통상자원부 장관상을 수상했다고 10일 밝혔다.
기업혁신대상은 경영혁신과 ESG 실천을 선도한 기업을 선정하는 권위 있는 상으로, 올해 총 21개 기업이 수상 명단에 올랐다. 브이드림은 장애인 고용 구조의 비효율을 개선하고 지속가능한 고용 환경을 구축한 점을 인정받아 선정됐으며, 스타트업으로서는 유일하게 장관상을 수상했다.
브이드림은 AI 기반 HR 테크 시스템을 적용한 장애인 재택근무 인사관리 플랫폼 ‘플립(Flipped)’을 통해 장애인 고용 방식의 디지털 전환을 주도해 왔다. 플립은 AI 직무 설계, 출결·근무관리, 성과관리 등 고용 과정 전반을 통합 운영할 수 있는 국내 최초 솔루션으로, 장애인에게 유연한 근무 환경을 제공하고 기업에는 인사관리 효율성을 높였다. 현재 450여 개 기관에서 사용되며 산업별 대기업, 중견기업, 공공기관의 장애인 고용 환경을 개선하고 있다.
또한 브이드림은 장애 예술인의 창작 활동을 지원하는 ‘브이아트갤러리(V-Art Gallery)’를 운영하며, 창작물을 활용한 굿즈 제작으로 새로운 비즈니스 기회를 제공하고 있다.

V Dream (CEO Minji Kim), a company specializing in HR solutions for the disabled, announced on the 10th that it had won the Minister of Trade, Industry and Energy Award at the 32nd Corporate Innovation Awards.
The Corporate Innovation Awards are a prestigious award recognizing companies that have pioneered management innovation and ESG practices. This year, a total of 21 companies were honored. V Dream was selected in recognition of its efforts to improve inefficiencies in the employment structure for people with disabilities and create a sustainable employment environment. It was the only startup to receive the Minister's Award.
Vdream has been leading the digital transformation of employment for people with disabilities through its AI-based HR technology platform, "Flipped," which allows people with disabilities to work from home. Flipped is Korea's first solution that integrates the entire hiring process, including AI-powered job design, attendance and work management, and performance management. It provides a flexible work environment for people with disabilities and enhances human resources management efficiency for companies. Currently used by over 450 organizations, it is improving the employment environment for people with disabilities across large corporations, mid-sized companies, and public institutions.
Additionally, V-Dream operates the 'V-Art Gallery', which supports the creative activities of disabled artists, and provides new business opportunities by producing goods using their creative works.

また、ブイドリムは障害芸術家の創作活動を支援する「V-Art Gallery」を運営し、創作物を活用したグッズ制作で新たなビジネス機会を提供している。

Les Corporate Innovation Awards sont une distinction prestigieuse qui récompense les entreprises pionnières en matière d'innovation managériale et de pratiques ESG. Cette année, 21 entreprises ont été distinguées. V Dream a été sélectionnée pour ses efforts visant à améliorer l'insertion professionnelle des personnes en situation de handicap et à créer un environnement de travail durable. Elle est la seule start-up à avoir reçu le Prix du Ministre.
