한국교직원공제회(이사장 정갑윤)는 9일 인천광역시서부교육지원청(교육장 임용렬), 인천광역시립장애인생산품판매시설(원장 곽기성)과 중증장애인생산품 구매 활성화를 위한 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다고 밝혔다.
이번 협약은 한국교직원공제회가 운영하는 교육기관 전자조달시스템 S2B를 기반으로 학교 및 교육기관이 중증장애인생산품을 보다 편리하게 구매할 수 있는 환경을 조성하고, 지역 장애인 생산시설의 자립 기반을 확대하기 위해 마련됐다.
협약에 따라 세 기관은 ▲관내 학교 및 교육기관 대상 S2B를 활용한 중증장애인 생산품 우선 구매와 지역업체 이용 독려 ▲중증장애인생산품 S2B 등록 지원 ▲교직원과 업체 대상 S2B 활용방법 안내 및 교육·연수 지원 등 다양한 협력 활동을 추진할 예정이다.
이상목 한국교직원공제회 S2B사업대표는 “이번 협약은 중증장애인생산품 우선 구매를 촉진하고 지역사회와 교육기관이 함께 성장하는 협력의 출발점”이라며 “앞으로도 공정한 공공구매 문화 확산과 지역 장애인 생산시설의 자립 기반 확대를 위해 지속적으로 노력하겠다”고 말했다.

The Korea Teachers' Credit Union signed an MOU to promote the purchase of products manufactured by people with severe disabilities.
The Korea Teachers Credit Union (Chairman Jeong Gap-yoon) announced on the 9th that it signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Incheon Metropolitan City Western Office of Education (Superintendent Lim Yong-ryeol) and the Incheon Metropolitan City Disabled Product Sales Facility (Director Kwak Gi-seong) to promote the purchase of products made by severely disabled people.
This agreement was established to create an environment where schools and educational institutions can more conveniently purchase products produced by people with severe disabilities based on the S2B electronic procurement system for educational institutions operated by the Korea Teachers Credit Union, and to expand the self-reliance foundation of local production facilities for people with disabilities.
According to the agreement, the three organizations plan to pursue various cooperative activities, including ▲ encouraging priority purchase of products produced by severely disabled people and use of local businesses through S2B for schools and educational institutions in the jurisdiction, ▲ supporting S2B registration of products produced by severely disabled people, and ▲ providing guidance on how to use S2B and providing education and training support to faculty, staff, and businesses.
Lee Sang-mok, head of the S2B business division of the Korea Teachers Credit Union, said, “This agreement is the starting point for cooperation that promotes the priority purchase of products made by people with severe disabilities and allows local communities and educational institutions to grow together.” He added, “We will continue to work to spread a fair public purchasing culture and expand the self-reliance foundation of local production facilities for people with disabilities.”

韓国教職員共済会(理事長チョン・ガクユン)は9日、仁川広域市西部教育支援庁(教育長イム・ヨンリョル)、仁川広域市立障害人生産品販売施設(院長クァク・キソン)と重症障害人生産品購入活性化のための業務協約(MOU)を締結したと明らかにした。
今回の条約は、韓国教職員共済会が運営する教育機関電子調達システムS2Bを基盤に、学校及び教育機関が重症障害者生産品をより便利に購入できる環境を造成し、地域障害者生産施設の自立基盤を拡大するために設けられた。
条約に基づき、三機関は▲館内学校及び教育機関対象S2Bを活用した重症障害者生産品優先購入と地域企業利用の奨励▲重症障害人生産品S2B登録支援▲教職員と業者対象S2B活用方法案内及び教育・研修支援など多様な協力活動を推進する予定だ。

La Caisse de crédit des enseignants de Corée a signé un protocole d'accord visant à promouvoir l'achat de produits fabriqués par des personnes gravement handicapées.
La Korea Teachers Credit Union (Président Jeong Gap-yoon) a annoncé le 9 avoir signé un protocole d'accord avec le Bureau de l'éducation de la ville métropolitaine d'Incheon (Inspecteur Lim Yong-ryeol) et le Centre de vente de produits pour personnes handicapées de la ville métropolitaine d'Incheon (Directeur Kwak Gi-seong) afin de promouvoir l'achat de produits fabriqués par des personnes gravement handicapées.
Cet accord a été établi pour créer un environnement où les écoles et les établissements d'enseignement peuvent acheter plus facilement des produits fabriqués par des personnes gravement handicapées grâce au système d'approvisionnement électronique S2B pour les établissements d'enseignement géré par la Korea Teachers Credit Union, et pour développer l'autonomie des unités de production locales pour les personnes handicapées.
Selon l'accord, les trois organisations prévoient de mener diverses activités de coopération, notamment : ▲ encourager l'achat prioritaire de produits fabriqués par des personnes gravement handicapées et le recours aux entreprises locales par le biais de S2B pour les écoles et les établissements d'enseignement de la juridiction, ▲ soutenir l'enregistrement S2B des produits fabriqués par des personnes gravement handicapées, et ▲ fournir des conseils sur la manière d'utiliser S2B et offrir un soutien en matière d'éducation et de formation aux enseignants, au personnel et aux entreprises.
