(재)경북창조경제혁신센터는 유망 스타트업의 발굴과 성장을 지원하는 ‘2025년 Next G-Star Round’ 프로그램의 참가 기업 모집을 시작했다고 20일 밝혔다.
이번 프로그램은 창업기업의 성장 단계에 맞춘 맞춤형 투자 유치 기회를 제공하고, 투자기관과의 전략적 연계를 강화함으로써 지역 기반의 창업·투자 생태계 조성을 촉진하는 것을 목표로 한다.
모집 기간은 2025년 5월 8일부터 6월 8일까지이며, 시리즈 A 라운드 이상을 준비 중인 기업을 포함해 지역과 업력에 관계없이 투자 유치가 필요한 창업기업이라면 누구나 지원 가능하다. 단, 한국산업은행의 기존 투자 이력이 없고, 이전 ‘Next G-Star Round’ 대회에서 ‘최우수상’을 수상한 기업은 참가 대상에서 제외된다.
특히 올해 프로그램은 정부가 지정한 ‘초격차 10대 분야’를 중심으로 진행된다. 모집 분야에는 ▲바이오·헬스 ▲친환경·에너지 ▲로봇 ▲우주항공 ▲시스템반도체 ▲미래모빌리티 ▲AI·빅데이터 ▲사이버보안 ▲차세대 원전 ▲양자기술 등 기술 경쟁력을 갖춘 산업군이 포함된다.
선발된 기업은 6월부터 8월까지 분야별 온라인 예선을 거친 후, 예선 통과 기업에 한해 9월 본선 IR 피칭 기회가 주어진다. 본선 진출 기업에게는 최대 300만 원의 사업화 자금이 지원되며, 한국산업은행의 직·간접 투자 검토 및 후속 투자 연계도 함께 이루어질 예정이다.
이번 프로그램은 경북창조경제혁신센터를 비롯해 대구창조경제혁신센터, 대구대학교 창업지원단, 한국엔젤투자협회(대경권엔젤투자허브)가 공동 주관하고, 한국산업은행이 참여기관으로 협력한다. 이를 통해 전문성과 실효성을 강화한 운영이 기대된다.
이문락 경북창조경제혁신센터 대표는 “Next G-Star Round는 단순한 경연을 넘어 스타트업의 사업 고도화와 실질적인 투자 유치를 위한 최적의 플랫폼”이라며 “초격차 기술을 보유한 유망 스타트업들이 차세대 유니콘으로 성장할 수 있도록 적극적인 지원을 이어가겠다”고 말했다.

Gyeongbuk Creative Economy Innovation Center, Recruiting Participating Companies for '2025 Next G-Star Round'
The Gyeongbuk Creative Economy Innovation Center announced on the 20th that it has begun recruiting participating companies for the '2025 Next G-Star Round' program, which supports the discovery and growth of promising startups.
This program aims to promote the creation of a regional startup and investment ecosystem by providing customized investment attraction opportunities tailored to the growth stage of startups and strengthening strategic ties with investment institutions.
The recruitment period is from May 8 to June 8, 2025, and any startup company that needs investment, regardless of region or industry experience, including companies preparing for Series A round or higher, can apply. However, companies that do not have a previous investment history from the Korea Development Bank and have won the 'Grand Prize' in the previous 'Next G-Star Round' competition are excluded from participation.
In particular, this year’s program will focus on the ‘10 super gap fields’ designated by the government. The recruitment fields include industries with technological competitiveness such as ▲bio/health ▲eco-friendliness/energy ▲robots ▲aerospace ▲system semiconductors ▲future mobility ▲AI/big data ▲cybersecurity ▲next-generation nuclear power plants ▲quantum technology.
The selected companies will go through online preliminary rounds by sector from June to August, and only those companies that pass the preliminary round will be given the opportunity to pitch IR in the final round in September. Companies that advance to the final round will be supported with up to 3 million won in commercialization funds, and direct and indirect investment review and follow-up investment linkage by the Industrial Bank of Korea will also be conducted.
This program is jointly hosted by the Gyeongbuk Creative Economy Innovation Center, Daegu Creative Economy Innovation Center, Daegu University Startup Support Group, and Korea Angel Investment Association (Dae-Gyeonggi Angel Investment Hub), with the Korea Industrial Bank of Korea cooperating as a participating organization. Through this, operation with enhanced expertise and effectiveness is expected.
Lee Moon-rak, head of the Gyeongbuk Creative Economy Innovation Center, said, “The Next G-Star Round is the optimal platform for startups to advance their businesses and attract actual investment beyond a simple competition,” adding, “We will continue to actively support promising startups with ultra-gap technologies so that they can grow into next-generation unicorns.”

募集期間は2025年5月8日から6月8日までであり、シリーズAラウンド以上を準備中の企業を含め、地域や業力に関係なく投資誘致が必要な創業企業なら誰でも支援可能だ。ただし、韓国産業銀行の既存の投資履歴がなく、以前の「Next G-Star Round」大会で「最優秀賞」を受賞した企業は参加対象から除外される。
特に今年のプログラムは政府が指定した「超格差10大分野」を中心に進行される。募集分野には▲バイオ・ヘルス ▲環境にやさしい・エネルギー ▲ロボット ▲宇宙航空 ▲システム半導体 ▲未来モビリティ ▲AI・ビッグデータ ▲サイバーセキュリティ ▲次世代原発 ▲量子技術など技術競争力を備えた産業群が含まれる。
選抜された企業は6月から8月まで分野別オンライン予選を経た後、予選通過企業に限り9月本選IRピッチング機会が与えられる。本選進出企業には最大300万ウォンの事業化資金が支援され、韓国産業銀行の直・間接投資検討及び後続投資連携も一緒に行われる予定だ。
今回のプログラムは、慶北創造経済革新センターをはじめ、大邱創造経済革新センター、大邱大学創業支援団、韓国エンジェル投資協会（大京圏エンジェル投資ハブ）が共同主管し、韓国産業銀行が参加機関として協力する。これにより専門性と実効性を強化した運営が期待される。
イ・ムンラク慶北創造経済革新センター代表は「Next G-Star Roundは単純なコンテストを超えてスタートアップの事業高度化と実質的な投資誘致のための最適なプラットフォーム」とし「超格差技術を保有した有望スタートアップが次世代ユニコーンに成長できるように積極的な支援を続ける」と話した。

招募时间为2025年5月8日至6月8日，任何需要吸引投资的初创公司，无论地区或行业经验，包括准备进行A轮或更高轮融资的公司，均可申请。但是，没有在韩国企业银行投资过的企业以及在上一轮“Next G-Star Round”大赛中获得过“大奖”的企业将被排除在参赛之外。
特别是今年的计划将重点关注政府指定的“十大严重差距领域”。招募领域涵盖▲生物·健康▲生态·能源▲机器人▲航空航天▲系统半导体▲未来移动▲AI·大数据▲网络安全▲下一代核电站▲量子技术等具有技术竞争力的行业。
入选公司将于 6 月至 8 月期间通过各领域的在线初赛，只有通过初赛的公司才有机会参加 9 月的最终 IR 轮投票。进入主竞赛的企业将获得最高300万韩元的商业化资金支持，同时还将由韩国企业银行进行直接和间接投资审查及后续投资对接。
该项目由庆尚北道创造经济革新中心、大邱创造经济革新中心、大邱大学创业支援组、韩国天使投资协会（大京畿地区天使投资中心）共同主办，韩国产业银行作为参与机构进行合作。通过这种方式，有望提高运营的专业性和有效性。
庆尚北道创造经济革新中心主任李文洛表示，“G-Star Next Round 不仅仅是简单的竞赛，更是初创企业推进事业、吸引实际投资的最佳平台”，并表示，“我们将继续积极支持拥有超高技术、前景光明的初创企业，帮助它们成长为下一代独角兽”。

Le Centre d'innovation de l'économie créative de Gyeongbuk a annoncé le 20 qu'il avait commencé à recruter des entreprises participantes pour le programme « 2025 Next G-Star Round », qui soutient la découverte et la croissance de startups prometteuses.
Ce programme vise à promouvoir la création d’un écosystème régional de startups et d’investissement en offrant des opportunités d’attraction d’investissement personnalisées adaptées au stade de croissance des startups et en renforçant les liens stratégiques avec les institutions d’investissement.
La période de recrutement s'étend du 8 mai au 8 juin 2025 et toute entreprise en démarrage qui a besoin d'attirer des investissements, quelle que soit sa région ou son expérience dans le secteur, y compris les entreprises se préparant à un tour de série A ou supérieur, peut postuler. Toutefois, les entreprises qui n’ont pas d’historique d’investissement auprès de la Banque industrielle de Corée et qui ont remporté le « Grand Prix » lors du précédent concours « Next G-Star Round » sont exclues de la participation.
Le programme de cette année se concentrera notamment sur les « 10 principaux domaines de lacunes extrêmes » désignés par le gouvernement. Les domaines de recrutement comprennent des industries à compétitivité technologique telles que ▲biosanté ▲écoénergie ▲robots ▲aérospatiale ▲semi-conducteurs de systèmes ▲mobilité future ▲IA·big data ▲cybersécurité ▲centrales nucléaires de nouvelle génération ▲technologie quantique.
Les entreprises sélectionnées passeront par des tours préliminaires en ligne par domaine de juin à août, et seules les entreprises qui réussissent le tour préliminaire auront la possibilité de participer au tour final de l'IR en septembre. Les entreprises qui accèdent à la compétition principale recevront un soutien pouvant atteindre 3 millions de wons en fonds de commercialisation, et un examen des investissements directs et indirects ainsi qu'un suivi des liens d'investissement par la Banque industrielle de Corée seront également effectués.
Ce programme est co-organisé par le Centre d'innovation de l'économie créative de Gyeongbuk, le Centre d'innovation de l'économie créative de Daegu, l'équipe de soutien aux startups de l'Université de Daegu et la Korea Angel Investment Association (Dae-Gyeonggi Area Angel Investment Hub), et la Banque industrielle coréenne de Corée coopère en tant qu'organisation participante. On s’attend ainsi à des opérations d’un professionnalisme et d’une efficacité accrus.
Lee Moon-rak, directeur du Centre d'innovation de l'économie créative de Gyeongbuk, a déclaré : « Le prochain G-Star Round est la plateforme optimale pour les startups pour faire progresser leurs activités et attirer des investissements réels au-delà d'une simple compétition », ajoutant : « Nous continuerons à soutenir activement les startups prometteuses avec des technologies ultra-gap afin qu'elles puissent devenir des licornes de nouvelle génération. »
