부산창조경제혁신센터(대표이사 김용우, 이하 부산창경)는 스마트해양 및 핀테크 분야 유망 스타트업을 육성하기 위한 ‘2025년 BOUNCE 스마트해양·핀테크 액셀러레이팅’ 프로그램의 참여기업 5개사를 최종 선정하고 본격적인 프로그램 운영에 돌입했다고 밝혔다.
본 프로그램은 부산창경이 운영하는 ‘Pre-BOUNCE 플랫폼 운영 사업’의 일환으로 스마트해양(해양산업에 정보통신기술을 접목한 융합 산업) 및 핀테크(금융과 기술이 결합된 혁신 산업) 분야의 초기 창업기업을 대상으로 기술 고도화, 사업화, 투자 유치 역량 강화를 집중 지원하는 액셀러레이팅 프로그램이다.
최종 선정된 기업은 총 5개사로 스마트해양 분야에서는 ▲㈜데이터플레어(AI 기반 항만 탄소 배출 모니터링 솔루션 ‘AI 항만 탄소 에이전트’), ▲씨너지파트너㈜(AI 기반 선박급유 최적화 플랫폼 ‘BunkerSync AI’), ▲㈜팀리부뜨(AI agent 기반 사무 업무 자동화 솔루션)가 선정됐다. 핀테크 분야에는 ▲㈜크로스허브(DID 기반 인증 및 간편결제 솔루션 ‘IDBlock’, ‘B-Pay’), ▲㈜업루트컴퍼니(AI 기반 스마트 디지털 자산 적립식 투자 솔루션 ‘비트세이빙’)가 프로그램에 참여한다.
선정된 기업은 7월부터 12월까지 약 6개월간 ▲창업활동비 ▲수요 맞춤형 투자역량강화 ▲산업현장 탐방(인사이트 트립) ▲분야별 전문가 멘토링 ▲센터 연계 지원사업 등의 다양한 혜택을 제공받는다.
특히, ‘수요 맞춤형 투자역량강화’는 기업의 투자 유치 단계와 필요 역량을 고려해 전문가 매칭, 피칭 코칭, IR 자료 고도화 등 유기적으로 구성되며, ‘산업현장 탐방’은 유관기관 및 기업 현장을 직접 방문하고 현장 전문가들과 교류할 수 있는 체험형 프로그램으로 운영된다.
한편, 본 프로그램이 속한 ‘Pre-BOUNCE 플랫폼’은 연중 상시로 예비창업자와 스타트업을 발굴 및 육성하는 개방형 플랫폼이다. 부산창경은 지난해부터 Pre-BOUNCE를 통해 상시 멘토링, 월간 프로그램, 액셀러레이팅 등을 운영하며 창업기업의 지속적 성장을 지원하고 있다.
부산창경 장한이 PM은 “스마트해양과 핀테크는 부산이 미래 성장동력으로 집중 육성 중인 전략 산업”이라며 “이번 프로그램을 통해 기술 중심 스타트업들이 빠르게 시장에 안착하고 나아가 글로벌 진출 기반을 마련할 수 있도록 적극 지원하겠다”고 말했다.

Busan Changgyeong, 5 companies selected to participate in '2025 BOUNCE Smart Ocean and Fintech Acceleration'
Busan Creative Economy Innovation Center (CEO Yongwoo Kim, hereinafter referred to as Busan Creative Economy) announced that it has selected five participating companies for the '2025 BOUNCE Smart Ocean and Fintech Accelerating' program to foster promising startups in the smart ocean and fintech sectors and has begun full-scale program operation.
This program is an accelerating program that focuses on supporting technological advancement, commercialization, and investment attraction capacity enhancement for early-stage startups in the smart marine (a convergence industry that combines information and communication technology with the marine industry) and fintech (an innovative industry that combines finance and technology) fields as part of the 'Pre-BOUNCE Platform Operation Project' operated by Busan Changgyeong.
A total of five companies were finally selected. In the smart maritime field, ▲Dataflare Co., Ltd. (AI-based port carbon emission monitoring solution 'AI Port Carbon Agent'), ▲Synergy Partner Co., Ltd. (AI-based ship refueling optimization platform 'BunkerSync AI'), and ▲TeamReboot Co., Ltd. (AI agent-based office work automation solution) were selected. In the fintech field, ▲Crosshub Co., Ltd. (DID-based authentication and easy payment solution 'IDBlock', 'B-Pay'), and ▲Uproot Company Co., Ltd. (AI-based smart digital asset accumulation investment solution 'Beat Saving') are participating in the program.
Selected companies will receive various benefits, including ▲startup activity expenses ▲investment capacity enhancement tailored to demand ▲industrial site visits (insight trips) ▲mentoring by experts in each field ▲support projects linked to the center, for approximately six months from July to December.
In particular, 'Demand-tailored investment capacity enhancement' is organically structured to include expert matching, pitching coaching, and IR data enhancement, taking into account the investment attraction stage and required capabilities of a company, while 'industry site visits' are operated as experiential programs that allow direct visits to related organizations and corporate sites and interaction with field experts.
Meanwhile, the 'Pre-BOUNCE Platform' to which this program belongs is an open platform that discovers and fosters prospective entrepreneurs and startups all year round. Since last year, Busan Changgyeong has been supporting the continuous growth of startups by operating regular mentoring, monthly programs, and acceleration through Pre-BOUNCE.
Busan Changgyeong PM Jang Han-i said, “Smart ocean and fintech are strategic industries that Busan is intensively fostering as future growth engines,” and added, “Through this program, we will actively support technology-focused startups to quickly settle into the market and further lay the foundation for global expansion.”

特に、「需要カスタマイズ型投資力量強化」は、企業の投資誘致段階と必要力量を考慮して専門家マッチング、ピッチングコーチング、IR資料高度化など有機的に構成され、「産業現場探訪」は、関連機関や企業現場を直接訪問し、現場専門家と交流できる体験型プログラムで運営される。
一方、本プログラムが属する「Pre-BOUNCEプラットフォーム」は、年中常時、予備創業者とスタートアップを発掘・育成する開放型プラットフォームである。釜山チャンギョンは昨年からPre-BOUNCEを通じて常時メンタリング、月間プログラム、アクセラレーティングなどを運営して創業企業の持続的成長を支援している。
釜山昌慶チャン・ハン氏は「スマート海洋とフィンテックは釜山が未来の成長動力で集中育成中の戦略産業」とし「今回のプログラムを通じて技術中心のスタートアップが急速に市場に安着し、グローバル進出基盤を用意できるように積極的に支援する」と話した。

釜山创造经济革新中心（代表金龙宇，以下简称釜山创造经济）宣布，为培育智能海洋和金融科技领域有前景的初创企业，已选定5家企业参与“2025 BOUNCE智能海洋和金融科技加速计划”，并已开始正式运营。
该项目是釜山昌庆市运营的‘Pre-BOUNCE平台运营项目’的一部分，重点支持智能海洋（信息通信技术与海洋产业相结合的融合产业）和金融科技（金融与技术相结合的创新产业）领域的早期创业公司技术进步、商业化和招商引资能力提升的加速项目。

Le Busan Creative Economy Innovation Center (PDG Yongwoo Kim, ci-après dénommé Busan Creative Economy) a annoncé avoir sélectionné cinq entreprises participantes au programme « 2025 BOUNCE Smart Ocean and Fintech Accelerating » pour encourager les startups prometteuses dans les secteurs de l'océan intelligent et de la fintech et a commencé le fonctionnement du programme à grande échelle.

Les entreprises sélectionnées bénéficieront de divers avantages, notamment ▲des frais d'activité de démarrage ▲une augmentation de la capacité d'investissement adaptée à la demande ▲des visites de sites industriels (voyages d'information) ▲un mentorat par des experts dans chaque domaine ▲un soutien aux projets liés au centre, pendant environ six mois de juillet à décembre.
En particulier, « l'amélioration de la capacité d'investissement adaptée à la demande » est structurée de manière organique pour inclure la mise en relation d'experts, le coaching de présentation et l'amélioration des données IR, en tenant compte de l'étape d'attraction des investissements et des capacités requises d'une entreprise, tandis que les « visites de sites industriels » sont exploitées comme des programmes expérientiels qui permettent des visites directes d'organisations et de sites d'entreprise concernés et une interaction avec des experts sur le terrain.
Parallèlement, la plateforme « Pre-BOUNCE », à laquelle appartient ce programme, est une plateforme ouverte qui découvre et encourage les entrepreneurs et les startups potentiels tout au long de l'année. Depuis l'année dernière, Busan Changgyeong soutient la croissance continue des startups en proposant un mentorat régulier, des programmes mensuels et des accélérations via Pre-BOUNCE.
