여성가족부 산하 한국양성평등교육진흥원(원장 김삼화)과 인천국제공항공사(사장 이학재)는 15일 양성평등 조직문화 조성과 폭력예방 의식 확산을 위한 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다고 밝혔다.
이번 협약은 ▲양성평등 및 폭력예방 교육 협력 ▲양성평등한 조직문화 조성 ▲여성인재 발굴 및 대표성 제고 ▲관련 의식 확산을 위한 홍보 ▲기타 상호 협력 및 우호 증진 등의 내용을 담고 있으며, 양 기관은 이를 바탕으로 실질적인 협력 방안을 추진할 계획이다.
향후 양 기관은 조직 구성원의 양성평등 인식 제고와 폭력예방 역량 강화를 통해 조직문화의 긍정적 변화를 유도하고, 항공 분야 내 여성인재의 참여 확대 및 대표성 향상을 위한 공동 노력을 지속할 방침이다.
인천국제공항공사는 공항 건설과 운영을 통해 항공운송의 원활화뿐 아니라 국가 및 지역경제 발전에 기여해 온 공기업으로, 사회적 책임 이행과 지속가능한 조직 운영을 위한 다양한 활동을 전개하고 있다.
김삼화 한국양성평등교육진흥원장은 “이번 협약이 항공산업 내 양성평등 문화 정착과 여성인재 육성에 긍정적인 변화를 가져올 것으로 기대한다”며, “양 기관이 공동의 목표를 향해 지속적으로 협력해 나가겠다”고 밝혔다.
이학재 인천국제공항공사 사장 역시 “협약을 계기로 양성평등 가치의 조직 내 확산과 실천을 위한 노력을 강화하겠다”며, “성별에 관계없이 모든 인재가 역량을 발휘할 수 있는 환경 조성을 위해 적극적으로 지원하겠다”고 말했다.

女性家族部傘下の韓国養成平等教育振興院（院長キム・サムファ）と仁川国際空港公社（社長李学財）は１５日、両性平等組織文化の造成と暴力予防意識拡散のための業務協約（ＭＯＵ）を締結したと明らかにした。

キム・サムファ韓国養成平等教育振興院長は「今回の条約が航空産業内の養成平等文化定着と女性人材育成に肯定的な変化をもたらすと期待する」とし、「両機関が共同の目標に向けて継続的に協力していく」と明らかにした。
李学在仁川国際空港公社社長も「協約をきっかけに両性平等価値の組織内拡散と実践のための努力を強化する」とし、「性別に関係なくすべての人材が力量を発揮できる環境づくりのために積極的に支援する」と話した。
