장기기억 인공지능(AI) 및 반도체 통합 솔루션 전문기업 디노티시아(Dnotitia Inc., 대표 정무경)는 소프트웨어 전문 기업 스코인포(SKOINFO, 대표 두군철)와 업무협약(MOU)을 체결하고, 지역 공공서비스 고도화 및 인공지능 기술 도입 확대를 위한 협력을 본격화한다고 14일 밝혔다.
이번 협약은 양사가 보유한 기술과 경험을 바탕으로, 공공 분야의 디지털 전환을 가속화하고 지역 기반 AI 사업 발굴 및 공동 추진을 위한 실질적 협력 체계를 구축하는 데 목적이 있다.
스코인포는 전자정부 표준프레임워크를 기반으로 한 공공 정보시스템 및 공공데이터 개방 플랫폼 구축 등 다양한 공공 IT 프로젝트를 수행해 온 기업으로, 관련 분야에서의 실무 경험과 신뢰도를 보유하고 있다. 디노티시아는 LLM 기반 RAG(Retrieval-Augmented Generation) 시스템, 벡터DB, VDPU(Vector Data Processing Unit) 반도체 등 AI 인프라 기술을 자체 개발하며, 민간 시장을 넘어 공공 부문으로의 기술 확산을 추진 중이다.
특히 디노티시아가 제공하는 RAGOps 솔루션은 별도의 커스터마이징 없이도 고객 데이터를 기반으로 한 RAG 시스템을 간편하게 구축할 수 있도록 설계돼, 공공 영역에서 표준화된 AI 도구로 활용 가능하다는 점에서 주목받고 있다.
양사는 이번 협약을 통해 지역 공공기관과 연계한 AI 기반 디지털 행정 서비스 및 공공 데이터 응용사업을 공동 기획하고, 실질적인 사업화를 도모할 계획이다.

In particular, the RAGOps solution provided by Dinoticia is designed to enable easy construction of a RAG system based on customer data without separate customization, and is attracting attention as it can be utilized as a standardized AI tool in the public sector.
Through this agreement, the two companies plan to jointly plan AI-based digital administrative services and public data application projects in conjunction with local public institutions and promote practical commercialization.
