Recon Labs participates in 'Japan IT Week 2025 Spring'

Recon Labs, a company specializing in AI-based content creation, will be participating in 'Japan IT Week 2025 Spring' held at Tokyo Big Sight for three days from today until April 25th. Through this exhibition, Recon Labs will introduce its core technologies, generative AI and 3D content creation technology, and seek opportunities for collaboration and business expansion in the Japanese market. In particular, it plans to confirm specific possibilities for collaboration with Japanese companies that are rapidly introducing AI technology and focus on expanding contact points with potential customers with related demands.

There are three main contents that Recon Labs will reveal in this exhibition. First, it is advertising content production technology using generative AI. Since the second half of last year, Recon Labs has been planning and producing various contents customized for customers, such as product promotional videos using virtual models, 3D media art content, and advertisements for indoor and outdoor displays. It has the ability to support planning and production customized for customers.

The second is a spatial content solution based on digital twin technology. Recon Labs possesses the technology to convert recorded images into 3D content without physical restrictions such as indoor/outdoor space or object size.

Third, it is a generative AI application service technology. Recon Labs' AI application services such as automatic creation of clothing wearing images, conversion of pet profile pictures, and production of goods are currently being successfully operated in Korea. Since the fourth quarter of last year, it has been producing business results such as stably supplying clothing wearing shot images to domestic second-hand clothing platforms, and plans to promote joint business with companies that wish to develop and localize similar services in Japan through this exhibition.

“The paradigm of content creation is rapidly changing based on AI technology,” said Ban Sung-hoon, CEO of Recon Labs. “Through this exhibition, we plan to discuss various possibilities for collaboration with Japanese companies and gradually expand our position in the market.”
