Aurora Five Signs Strategic Business Agreement with Gifty

Aurora Five, which operates the global fandom gifting platform 'FUZ', announced on the 21st that it has signed a strategic business agreement (MOU) with the Japanese digital gift platform 'Giftee Inc.'. Through this agreement, the two companies plan to fully establish a fan gift service infrastructure that will allow global fans to deliver physical gifts to Japanese stars.

Based on this collaboration, Aurora Five and Gifty will expand various gift options utilizing local Japanese brands and gradually promote linkage work between the two companies’ platforms. Through this, they plan to focus on expanding the scope of gift services targeting Japanese stars for global fans.

Currently, the FUZ platform is expanding the number of Japanese stars, and as a result, the demand for gifts from global fans is also increasing. Aurora Five plans to build a new type of fan commerce model that connects fans, stars, and local brands based on Gifty’s digital gift infrastructure and local brand network.

Through this agreement, the two companies plan to expand their collaboration to connect global fandoms with stars in various fields, including not only K-POP but also J-POP, sports, creators, classical music, and musicals, and to fully advance into the Asian and global markets based in Japan.

Aurora Five CEO Park Si-ha said, “Gifty is a company that has led the digital gift culture based on a strong domestic base in the Japanese market,” and “This collaboration will be a strategic starting point for expanding the fan commerce model that connects local Japanese brands and global fandoms.” He added, “In the conservative Japanese market, this agreement will be an opportunity to open up possibilities for future collaborations with various local companies.”
