글로벌 시장 진출 특화 액셀러레이터 AGCC(대표 전정현)는 중소벤처기업부와 창업진흥원이 주관하는 2025년 K-Scouter 프로그램에 참여할 해외 창업 스타트업을 모집 시작을 밝혔다.
K-Scouter는 한국 진출을 희망하는 글로벌 스타트업을 대상으로, 전략 수립부터 현지 프로그램까지 단계별 지원을 제공하는 정부 주도형 프로그램이다. 올해는 총 20개 사가 1차 선정되며, 이 중 최종 10개 사가 올해 12월 한국 방문형 국내 프로그램에 참가하게 된다.
AGCC는 이번 프로그램의 운영사로서, 선정된 우수 기술 보유 해외팀에게 ▲한국 시장 진출 전략 멘토링 ▲현지 파트너 발굴 ▲비즈니스 모델 현지화 컨설팅 ▲IR 피칭 및 국내 투자자 네트워크 연계 등 집중 프로그램을 제공할 예정이다.
특히 12월에 진행될 국내 프로그램에서는 대한민국 최대 글로벌 스타트업 행사인 ‘COMEUP 2025’에 공식 참가하고 국내 주요 기관 방문, 로컬 액셀러레이터/VC와의 IR 매칭, 법인 설립 컨설팅 등 실질적인 진입 기반 마련까지 지원할 계획이다.
전정현 AGCC 대표는 “K-Scouter는 단기 방문형 프로그램이 아닌, 실행 중심의 한국 진출 전용 트랙이라는 점에서 글로벌 창업팀에게 큰 기회가 될 것”이라며 “한국 시장 진출을 준비 중인 유망 해외 스타트업들의 많은 참여를 바란다”고 밝혔다.
프로그램 참가를 희망하는 해외 스타트업은 8월까지 모집 공고를 통해 신청할 수 있다.

AGCC, Recruiting Overseas Startup Startups to Participate in '2025 K-Scout'
AGCC (CEO Jeon Jeong-hyeon), an accelerator specializing in entering the global market, announced that it has started recruiting overseas startups to participate in the 2025 K-Scouter program hosted by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups and the Korea Institute of Startups and Entrepreneurship Development.
K-Scouter is a government-led program that provides step-by-step support from strategy formulation to local programs to global startups wishing to enter the Korean market. A total of 20 companies will be selected in the first round this year, and 10 of them will participate in the domestic program that visits Korea in December of this year.
As the operator of this program, AGCC will provide intensive programs to selected overseas teams with excellent technologies, including ▲ mentoring on strategies to enter the Korean market, ▲ discovery of local partners, ▲ consulting on localization of business models, ▲ IR pitching, and connection with domestic investor networks.
In particular, for the domestic program to be held in December, we plan to support the establishment of a practical entry base through official participation in 'COMEUP 2025', the largest global startup event in Korea, visits to major domestic organizations, IR matching with local accelerators/VCs, and consulting on incorporation.
“K-Scouter is not a short-term visit program, but rather an implementation-oriented track specifically for entering the Korean market, which will be a great opportunity for global startup teams,” said Jeon Jeong-hyeon, CEO of AGCC. “We hope to see many promising overseas startups preparing to enter the Korean market participate.”
Overseas startups wishing to participate in the program can apply through the recruitment notice until August.

チョン・ジョンヒョンAGCC代表は「K-Scouterは短期訪問型プログラムではなく、実行中心の韓国進出専用トラックという点でグローバル創業チームに大きな機会になるだろう」とし「韓国市場進出を準備中の有望海外スタートアップの多くの参加を望む」と明らかにした。
プログラム参加を希望する海外スタートアップは８月まで募集公告を通じて申請できる。

AGCC (PDG Jeon Jeong-hyeon), un accélérateur spécialisé dans l'entrée sur le marché mondial, a annoncé avoir commencé à recruter des startups étrangères pour participer au programme K-Scouter 2025 organisé par le ministère des PME et des startups et l'Institut coréen des startups et du développement de l'entrepreneuriat.
K-Scouter est un programme dirigé par le gouvernement qui fournit un soutien étape par étape, de la formulation de la stratégie aux programmes locaux, en passant par les startups mondiales souhaitant entrer sur le marché coréen. Cette année, un total de 20 entreprises seront sélectionnées au premier tour, et les 10 dernières entreprises participeront au programme national en visitant la Corée en décembre de cette année.
En tant qu'opérateur de ce programme, AGCC fournira des programmes intensifs à des équipes étrangères sélectionnées dotées d'excellentes technologies, notamment ▲ le mentorat sur les stratégies d'entrée sur le marché coréen, ▲ la découverte de partenaires locaux, ▲ le conseil sur la localisation des modèles commerciaux, ▲ le pitching IR et la connexion avec les réseaux d'investisseurs nationaux.
En particulier, pour le programme national qui se tiendra en décembre, nous prévoyons de soutenir l'établissement d'une base d'entrée pratique par le biais d'une participation officielle au « COMEUP 2025 », le plus grand événement mondial de startups en Corée, de visites dans les principales organisations nationales, de mise en relation IR avec des accélérateurs/VC locaux et de conseils sur la constitution en société.
« K-Scouter n'est pas un programme de visite à court terme, mais plutôt une piste axée sur la mise en œuvre spécifiquement pour entrer sur le marché coréen, ce qui sera une excellente opportunité pour les équipes de startups mondiales », a déclaré Jeon Jeong-hyeon, PDG d'AGCC. « Nous espérons voir de nombreuses startups étrangères prometteuses se préparant à entrer sur le marché coréen participer. »
Les startups étrangères souhaitant participer au programme peuvent postuler via l'avis de recrutement jusqu'en août.
