Techville Education (CEO Lee Hyeong-se), an AI and edutech company, announced on the 30th that it was selected as a '2025 Labor-Management Culture Excellent Company' hosted by the Ministry of Employment and Labor and implemented by the Korea Labor Foundation.
The "Excellent Labor-Management Culture" certification program, launched in 1996, aims to promote a cooperative labor-management culture and enhance corporate competitiveness. Each year, the program recognizes companies that have demonstrated exemplary practices of mutually beneficial labor-management relations. This year, a total of 40 companies were certified as excellent companies, and the certificate presentation ceremony was held on the 29th at the Seoul Regional Employment and Labor Office.
Techville Education received excellent evaluations for its efforts, including regular labor-management council meetings, sharing management information through various internal communication channels, and maintaining employment stability. In particular, the "Administrative Manager System," which collects monthly employee feedback on improving the working environment and welfare, garnered attention for its efforts leading to practical system improvements, such as the expansion of flexible work hours and the use of one-hour vacation time.
In addition, we operate various support policies to improve employee welfare, such as breakfast provision, medical expense assistance, legal advice, early leave on birthdays, and reading discussion programs. We also continuously pursue social contribution activities, such as providing free education to educationally underprivileged groups.
Lee Hyeong-se, CEO of Techville Education, said, “We will strive to foster a labor-management culture of cooperation and mutual benefit based on continuous communication, and to contribute to the creation of good jobs and the development of the edutech industry.”
