FastFive Opens A New City Hall Co-working Space Accommodating 1000 People

FastFive announced that it would open its sixteenth space, the City Hall Co-working Space, at the FastFive Tower located nearby the Euljiro subway station.

FastFive’s new co-working space will be housed in the old Hana SK Card Building under the name of “Fast Five Tower.” The new space with a size of 1500 pyoung will use eight floors from 5th to 12th offering services to 1000 members. The City Hall Co-working Space has convenient access to public transportation by being located nearby the Euljiro subway station and the City Hall subway station. Its hardware features an open space for the community and an interior design leveraging plants. Additionally, the new space is comprised of a 40-person conference room and various one-person spaces.

With the opening of the City Hall Co-working Space, FastFive announced that it has grown to become the space for the business community accommodating various members including, more than 10,000 freelancers, startups, TFT teams of large conglomerates and etc. CEO Daeil Kim commented, “Our 15th co-working space saw 50% of its space being filled up in just two months after the opening.” “There is an increasing number of customers experiencing the power of a community and recognizing substantial cost incurred by having to look for space, performing interior works and by various administrative procedures,” CEO Kim further added to explain about the continuous growth of FastFive.

The City Hall Co-working Space is a part of FastFive’s strategy to expand its reach to the Gangbuk area. Since 2015, FastFive opened 12 co-working spaces in the commercial districts of the Gangnam area alone, and from this year, it is expanding its reach to the Gangbuk area starting with the opening of the Hongik University Co-working Space and the Seongsu Co-working Space.
